Healthier than deep fried Chicken.
My son will eat Chicken 5 nights a week. As long as he has his Chicken flavored oven fry. And with that he will eat more Chicken than I can tell you. It is a great way for him to get his protein and not deep fried. And he's never too high on his sodium. So I don't worry about that at all. And as long as we have that around, he will continue to eat healthy at least 5 nights a week.
