I just received this pan and the dividers it came with. I think this will work great and I'm very excited to use it. It is very good quality, sturdy and strong. It's not as easy to put together as you might think, so I'm thankful for the instructions.

Very versatile
I actually use these molds for making meatloaf in my smoker. Sturdy enough to hols their shape well, and very easy to clean Great, useful product

Good for recipe development and small batches
Came with concave sides. Easy to bend back to flat but not perfect 90 degrees. Could be heavier, but works fine still.

Reasonable price, but Thin Metal Bends Easily
One of the rectangular frames was slightly bent, but I straightened it easily. The metal is on the thin side and bends easily, which is not what I needed to maintain straight lines in baking a rectangular cake. Had the metal been stronger, I would have purchased more, but as it is, this one set will have to do until I find sturdier ones.

haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I can see they're made strong and what I really needed them for was cutting large rounds for vina terta cake. Should work well.
