Microsoft Elite Series 2 Controller - Starter Bundle

TLDR; pricey but more than worth it, you still gotta respect it but it's built solid, feels great and responsive, customizability is perfect, one of the best controllers I've owned next to the GameSir G7 and the new Pro version. I genuinely recommend it. Look I've played competitive for a long time since Halo 2 really but I've played CoD and R6 as well, tons of games and platforms. I've used Scuf(overrated sorry), Victrix(pretty solid and not terrible, customizable is really good but just not practical), GameSir controllers(surprisingly my second favorite line of controllers, the G7 and new Pro are just so good anything positive I say would be an understatement), the Wolverine tournament controllers are good too but also think they're overrated. ANYWAY I've honestly been blown away by this controller. It's built solid but you still need to respect it, it feels so much more responsive and the customizability is genuinely so perfect. The sticks are great. The four paddles on the back are hard to get used to but once you do it feels so good, you can't be death griping the controller though. I also didn't know but you can change the color of the light of the middle Xbox button in the Xbox Accessories app on the Xbox itself, red, blue, green, yellow, it's pretty neat. The case and accessories are great AND you can charge the controller WHILST it's cozy, zipped, and safe in the case. It does come with a cable so you can play wired or just use it to charge the controller like normal. The battery life is amazing. I don't usually rave about controllers because they can be shoddy but I've had mine for a while and it's still just as good as out of the box. Don't be afraid to use the Used - Like New versions, I got one and it was basically pristine.

I’ve used scuff controllers and few other random brands and always had a problem with them breaking easily in a couple months. I’m a life long gamer and need the best gear I can get to perform the best, this controller has been phenomenal, solving the problem I’ve had with previous ones especially because all the parts are replaceable for relatively cheap. The trigger options and 4 paddles are exactly what any gamer could ask for they all work great, the controller is very reactive and has improved my gameplay very visibly, the only complaints ide have is every once in a while I’ll get a little stick drift on the left stick but I believe it’s by design and it’s only for a second or 2 and has never posed a problem, the other thing is the sticks are more difficult to click on then previous controllers I’ve had but it will just take getting used to or breaking in, I use these a lot because I play rainbow six. The grips on the side of the controller are super good along with being able to customize the Xbox button is a nice touch, the controller is very easy to remap as well. If your looking to get a high quality controller and you are looking at options I would recommend getting this one, the battery life last a very long time. If I have any problems with it in the future I’ll be sure to make some edits here but as of now everything has been golden. (I do have kontrol freaks on in the picture the sticks do not come looking like that)

Top of the line controller. Just no extra bling. Listing was deceptive saying "New. " While it was mint in condition, it had a refurbished sticker on the box. So beware.

I bought this as a controller for my pc and I feel like I got scammed. It worked great for the first few months, loved the customization, it had a little stick drift but nothing that I would call awful. Well about 2 months ago (literally as soon as it was out of the return window) the B button started to get a crunchy, grindy feeling. It felt like the finish on the body of the controller had worn away, but I saw online that these have a tendency to accumulate grease and dirt, so I went to troubleshoot. Turns out I was right and no amount of cleaning took care of the issue, the B button still grinds. Keep in mind I don't eat while playing games and generally wash my hands about 50 times a day because I have a baby bladder and wash my hands every time I go to the bathroom. Now however it's gone past annoying into totally broken. The right button simply does not work half the time unless pressed very hard. I tried updating the controller, messing with steam configs etc etc. It's the physical button itself and since I don't mash buttons in and and not heavy handed it just feels like dropped inputs. I don't throw my controllers, I don't eat with them, you would think it was brand new looking at it (other than some oil from my hands, which this controller displays worse than any other I've ever owned), the buttons simply failed on their own in less than a year AS SOON AS I was out of the warranty window. Don't buy this. Either get a playsation controller, the basic xbox controller or whatever other pc controller you can. Microsoft support is godawful too and this is NOT worth the money it costs. The customization is nice but if the controller doesn't work it's all marketing trash

Great product on my 3rd. Warranty is usually a good idea because the rubber gripping materials seperate from the body and there's no workaround still great products.

This is a replacement for my standard Xbox controller and the difference is very obvious. Firstly the most noticeable aspect of the controller is the weight. It feels hefty and solid and truly well built. Though given for the price you would expect that. Button and stick customization is very useful (through the settings on Xbox as well as physical changes). The case comes with an assortment of stick configurations as well as a adjustment tool to help with personal levels of comfort. For comparison, I find that the standard Xbox controller joy sticks (concave style) became rather uncomfortable and wears rather quickly. The carrying case is solid and it does have a charging port on the backside. You can charge the controller just by placing it in the case though you will have to adjust the cloth that covers the contact pins. A USB-A/USB-C is included and works as expected. Battery life is ample, I was able to go roughly 36 hours before the controller gave me the indicator light that battery was roughly 20%-30%.

(Pros/Cons at the bottom) Listen, I've gone through two of these controllers... If I only had one without the need for a replacement, then it would be a 5 star rating. The battery life is superior to any other controller I've ever used (especially PS5 controllers, ahem). The issue is that for the price of this controller, I expect parts of it not to break. The tiny switches on the back (that control the pull of the triggers) have not only fallen off multiple times, but eventually broke off completely, preventing me from adjusting the triggers... which is a key function of this controller specifically. Mind you, I barely touched them once I had the settings I liked, so for them to break that easily is a disappointment, and the kicker is this has happened with my previous and current. There's also noticeable stick drift now, not sure when that started. Lastly, the charging case is a cool idea, but it unfortunately stopped working. All negativity aside, it is still my preferred controller at the moment, because of the modularity, sleek look, and as mentioned long battery life... but I think it'll be the last one I buy unless they lower the price. Pros: Very long battery life compared to other competitors and third party controllers. Modular parts let you customize it however want. Case is nice looking, and can charge it when plugged in (when it works, see below). Cons: Back side switches have consistently broken off more than once (too small to glue). Some stick drift creeping in. Charging case stopped working after a while. The three above cons are very unfortunate for a controller that costs this much!

After having it for just one month there was a slight error with the device. I contacted the company and within 24 hours I had a reply back with the option for a refund or a replacement. Since I really love the way the controller handles I opted for the replacement and within a week it was delivered to my doorstep. Can not ask for better service. Poco después de comprarlo leí algunas reseñas negativas sobre el producto que decían haberlo recibido con varios errores tanto de carácter físico como de rendimiento, por lo que honestamente sentí algo de miedo por lo que podría recibir; sin embargo el control llegó en perfecto estado y hasta ahora, a dos días de haberlo recibido no he notado ningún inconveniente.
