Impressive little device
This headset was better than I expected. My wired work headset is locked away in the office throughout lockdown, and in any case the cable make it inflexible and despite being a decent brand, I found the dual-ear design somewhat squashes my ears making use painful. I thought I would give this a go. First impressions might not be good from reading the manual, where perhaps the misspelling of Bluetooth is intentional if this does not have the relevant licence fee paid. Though this is forgotten when in use. Pairing is quick and easy, including to both a phone and laptop. It is nice and light, so comfortable to use. Sound quality is great for both me and the recipient. On switch on, it will pair to both phone and laptop when on. The Amazon description did mention Siri, though I don't have an Apple, but the button will call up the Google Assistant on the Android phone or Cortana on the laptop, depending on which was paired first or which is on, though it is not something I use. Battery life is excellent. I do not use intensively, but left on standby and paired to the devices for the whole working day, with some calls in the day, then there is plenty battery remaining. I have successfully used on both my personal and work laptops for Google Meet, Teams, Skype and WebEx. The only issue, though not the fault of the device, is that my employer has decided that we cannot connect our own Bluetooth devices to company laptops and so blocked this from connecting. I can still use for certain things via my phone or personal laptop and so try to use this combination for work calls where possible.

Beats most of the equivalent Jabra ones
I have been totally amazed based on the price and the quality you get here. My previous headset from jabra broke midway through this week and I saw this one on on Amazon and thought I would give it a go. It seems to last for 12ish hours straight use. The sound quality is good and the integrated buttons on the side come in handy for controlling my phone, Spotify and laptop. The fact that it connects to 2 devices at the same time with AptX blows my mind. Also I accidentally triggered the voice assistant on my phone this morning (which I didn't even know this headset could do!) So this adds to the positives. The microphone works well and copes with the air from my fan better than my old Jabra. Comes with a little hard case too, which I've actually thrown in a drawer as I will be using this bit of kit every day. It's a shame it has a support email address printed on it (very small negative) Totally recommend what feels like an £99 headset for a fraction of the price

Noise cancelling works great, great battery, easy to use but not comfy when wearing for a long time
Overall this is great product! The battery life is great, it is easy to use and the noise cancelling really does work. However when wearing for a long time (I am working from home at the moment and am finding I am in the phone all day!), it isn't too comfy and starts to hurt my ear. It is great that this can be used on either ear, but I just feel it could sit better. However the functionality and operation is great, the only comment I would have is on the actual comfort of it.

I'm officially AMAZED!!!
Seriously, I'm so amazed that right that I had to drop everything, take a photo and write this experience down. This absolutely gets 5 stars from me! I haven't tested the sound cancellation or the battery life yet but BOY... I can say already that this thing is AMAZING! I just did an extensive test screen-recording myself while talking on Google Meet and I can hardly contain myself!... To clarify: I was using this Bluetooth headset on a Windows 10 laptop (made sure that the audio is coming from the headset mic) and did an extensive test of myself talking in a Google Meet session with the auto-captions feature turned on. And boy, has this thing really surprised me!... First of all, in the screen-recording video that I analyzed afterwards there was NO noticeable delay between lip movement and audio. In other words, aptX HD appears to be doing its job perfectly. Since the lips appeared to be perfectly in sync with the audio in that recording, the latency must be indeed very low! I mean, from what I see, there's no noticeable difference (in terms of latency) between a high-quality wired headset and this wireless Bluetooth headset! So, that was the first thing that really surprised me. Such low latency with a wireless Bluetooth headset is truly amazing! But then there was this second thing: Regardless of what I was saying, the auto-captions feature of Google Meet was transcribing my words with a near 100% accuracy! WOW! I mean, really... As long as I was saying meaningful words I could not spot any errors in that transcription!!! This was the point where I said, I have to write a review about this thing. The fact that there's NO noticeable difference (in terms of audio quality and latency) between a mono-aural high-quality **wired** headset and this wireless Bluetooth headset... THAT really blows my mind! I'm still mind-blown while writing this here... BOY!... Absolutely, definitely 5 stars! No questions asked. Thank you very much! P.S. As far as I know, in order to take full advantage of aptX HD and the super-low latency it provides, the hardware (and the hardware drivers) on the other device (such as laptop, smartphone etc) must have at least Bluetooth 5.0. If you have an older laptop without BT 5.0, you should be able to easily replace the network card inside with a modern one that supports at least BT 5.0.
