do I have to use wax/ polish as well as this?

NO! - this is a ceramic coating which simply requires re-applying twice per year. Your wax/polish will do no harm but is unnecessary and could compromise the product's properties. The key is preparation, make sure the paintwork is clay barred or T-cut before using the ceramic wax spray. This is an excellent product, a good DIY substitute for professional detailing.

Cleaned my car with showroom shine can I put this on top of that?

No. Ceramic hybrid waxes like this shouldn't be applied over the top of anything. In fact you should strip off all old wax with detergent, then clay bar the surface, before applying 2 coats of 53342. After that, you can mostly clean the car with just water and a microporous cloth, or use a neutral plain detergent (*not* wash & wax). I've not had to apply more coats yet, after 6m outside. I wouldn't go back to traditional wax now. It's more work to do the preparation before the first 2 coats, but a lot less work after that, and it lasts far better. Also you can apply this to all surfaces - plastic, glass, rubber, chrome etc - without any of the dusting and hazing you get with wax. It's a very thin, transparent coating.

Do you also apply on the windows, or just the car panels?

Can apply on both. Word of warning though. Don’t apply more than about 50cm square area before buffing off. Leaving it on too long makes it really really hard to buff out! Like lots of swearing hard!

Would this protect diamond cut wheels

Hi Dan Whilst I don’t have diamond cut wheels I’ve found this is excellent on paint, lacquer, glass and plastics so as I’d imagine DC wheels are lacquered this would work perfectly. Preparation is everything as usual. Love this stuff!
