Quick and easy way to make good coffee. Bought this as I travel alot and not the biggest fan of coffee pods in some of the sites I visit. I had heard of aero press before and when I saw there was a travel version I thought I would give it a go. It packs up very small and comes with a good amount of filters to get you started. In terms of ease of use, it's very straightforward to put it together and if you need there straight videos on their YouTube channel. Within a few minutes you have a good coffee and rinsed in the sink and packed away. The size was one of the major elements for me it weighs hardly anything so would be perfect if youre camping or hiking as it doesn't take much space either. As it's made of plastic I can't speak to it's life span but had it several months now and no problem. Have even started using it at home as easier to clean than my machine All in great value for money and no unnecessary functionality

If you get the hang of this and use it with freshly ground coffee beans, you will probably not want to make a coffee any other way. I have only had mine a short time and intended to use it when camping, which I do many days in the spring and summer, but I am so happy with the results that I have been using it at home every day! Paired with a modestly-priced manual coffee grinder, it makes great coffee. I haven't experimented much yet, but because I like long coffees, I have been adding approx 1.5 scoops of coffee beans to the grinder and filling the Aeropress vessel to the top level with water, which seems to give an excellent brew. It comes with a plastic mug in a square profile with rounded corners. This serves as both a drinking vessel and forms part of the system for packing it all away. While I would generally prefer a steel or ceramic mug, it works well, is super lightweight and doesn't soak much heat from the brew, although it might lose heat quite fast in colder outdoor conditions, being uninsulated. Cleanup is super easy, pop out the plug of used coffee using the plunger, a quick water rinse and dry with a cotton or microfibre cloth....far less messy than a cafetière. I like the way this model fits together to pack down really small with everything held in the mug by a red silicone lid. That is ideal for my camper van or tent camping out of the car and it is small and light enough to backpack with. It comes with paper filters which are cheap and can be reused a few times. However, I spent about £7 on a metal filter, which is easy to clean and reuse.

I am extremely happy with this travel size coffee press. It is light and compact whilst containing everything needed to make coffee quickly and easily. The coffee is lovely - better than a cafetiere. Would highly recommend.

This is my favourite compact espresso maker. I actually use it more than my coffee machine now! It allows me to make coffee exactly how I like it, depending on my mood. It is the perfect "on the go" coffee maker. It takes up very little space in my bag and comes with everything you need to make coffee. I switched to this from a French Press and found it is a much quicker way to get a hot, smooth shot of coffee. A few things I love: Easy to clean: You just pop the coffee "puck" into the bin and rinse it. It takes seconds. Tough design: It feels very solid, so I do not worry about it breaking in my luggage. The customer service is also exceptional. I contacted them once and they were incredibly helpful. It might seem a bit expensive at first, but it is worth every penny for the quality you get. I definitely recommend it.

Bought this to use for work while travelling and found it ideal for this purpose. Quick and easy to use on the go. Makes a great coffee and is very easy and quick to clean so you can enjoy your coffee. After use it packs away in its own body for easy storage. The only negative is the filter holder doesn't hold many filters. I would recommend this product

I purchased this for an upcoming cruise (that buffet coffee is just awful). I am so impressed with this little device. Now I am relatively new to coffee and would consider myself a fairly standard coffee drinker, albeit with a developing palette that appreciates a good brew. What I like about this is how easy it is to use and moreover how easy it is to clean. It really does produce an amazing cup of coffee, quickly and without any mess. It’s so portable that it now lives in my work bag having made its successful debut at my desk. No longer shall I suffer cheap work coffee now I have my magic Aeropress. For those of you, like me that wondered if this would be much different to your standard French press - it is. Put simply, the coffee you get out of this, even with the same grinds is far superior and less bitter thanks to the pressure and filters (which are dirt cheap). It’s also far easy to clean. The only issue I can see is the go version really is a single serve device, but because you can make your brew so quickly this really isn’t an issue in my opinion. Far from just being used on the cruise, this press will be part of my daily routine as I move around with work. Thumbs up!

Sometimes when you buy something you just know straight away by the look and feel. This item is quality and for ease of use and of course what we really want is the ability to make great coffee at a reasonable price. I have researched coffee machines and pods etc etc and they are all a faff. Who doesn't know someone who hasn't given away a worktop coffee machine to a family member or friend, they might not still be a friend after being given one of those. This aeropress go covers all bases, portable and easy to store. The filters are a breeze to use and cost peanuts. The advert is wrong you don't get 350 filters more like 30. But the seller sorted that problem within 3 days, 5 stars to them. In only 1 week of owning this aeropress go two of my friends have bought one. Register the item on arrival and you get two years free guarantee so can't be bad. I also cannot see what will break though. This is a genuine review I am not one of these vine merchants I just love good coffee on a budget. I live very near to the beach so a small flask of hot water, the aeropress loaded with filter and coffee. Happy days ahead. Don't hesitate at the price it is well worth it. Update after two weeks. My coffee consumption has gone from 3 to 6 a day and all because of this great little coffee maker. Tea is out the window now. I tested the metal filter over the paper filters. Not worth it personally as the great thing about the aeropress is the cleaning. Push the coffee into the cup. Then remove the plastic filter holder. Push out coffee and used filter straight into the bin and rinse. All sorted ready for another brew. I am off to make another one now enjoy.

Had my first cup of coffee from this little press today and am totally impressed. I really can’t fault it. It’s the best system I’ve found for making a single mug of coffee. I bought this to use in my caravan and its compact size is perfect for the job. Also, as I heat my water on gas, I shall be able to use it when I’m off grid as well as on hook-up. I’m still experimenting with the brew time. I pushed it more out less straight through today, but will probably leave it to brew for a minute before pressing next time. Not only is it the most convenient to make the coffee, but cleaning couldn’t be quicker or easier. I love how the grounds just plop out in a thick wheel when you push the plunger further through. Might even get one to keep in the house!

Nehm die AeroPress auf alle meine Bikepacking Abenteuer mit. Ist klein und handlich, lässt sich gut in der Rahmentasche verstauen und macht natürlich ausgezeichneten Kaffee. Hab mir zusätzlich einen Metallfilter/ feines Sieb gekauft um die Filterpapiere nicht mitnehmen zu müssen.

Best way to make coffee on the go

It took a long time to let the drip coffee, well….drip. Now I put the coffee into the aero press and get my coffee faster, I can’t really tell the difference with the drip or the aero press, as long as the coffee you begin with is good, it will still taste good.

La uso soprattutto quando sono fuori casa o in viaggio: è compatta, leggera e si infila facilmente nello zaino senza occupare spazio. La preparazione del caffè è veloce e divertente, quasi un piccolo rituale: acqua calda, qualche giro di pressione e in pochi secondi esce un caffè intenso e aromatico. Rispetto alle macchine tradizionali, il gusto è diverso, più pulito e meno amaro, e questo mi piace molto. All’inizio ero un po’ scettico sulla resistenza dei materiali, ma finora si è dimostrata solida e pratica. L’unico limite è che prepara una tazza alla volta, quindi se siamo in compagnia bisogna ripetere il processo più volte. Per me è diventata una compagna inseparabile: la porto in ufficio, in viaggio e persino in campeggio. Se ami il caffè e vuoi qualcosa di pratico e portatile, la consiglio senza esitazioni.

Let me start by saying I'm not a coffee snob, but I have a friend who is. We both really enjoy the coffee that comes from the Aeropress GO. It's easy to use, as portable as can be, comes with a ton of filters and everything else you need for the perfect cup of coffee. If you don't have the space for a whole machine, this'll be the brewer for your bean!
