can it be configured for arrow keys?

Yes, it can can be, but that is application specific. Example: I used to play Valorant with it. The game allowed me to bind events to those two side arrow keys, but that was obviously only specific to Valorant. Now, suppose you want to play Fortnite, there will options in Fortnite to configure the two side arrow keys as well, (along with other keys on the keyboard, isn't it?), but that configuration will be limited to Fortnite only. Other than that, its default behaviour is to go forward and backward on web browsers to visit the previous or next web page, to go back up in the folder hierarchy in the file explorer to the previous folder.

Can this mouse drag click?

As far as I use it does did drag click.

No warranty. It get faulty after i use this for 10 days. Right click becomes too hard to click and I throw it in garbage. Worst product.
