Tastes good. Don't recommend putting into a bottle of sparkling water though.. 🌋😬

I have debilitating migraines which can knock me out for days. I have been researching for a replenishing electrolyte hydrating drink. I do not like gatorade as it is the taste is too sweet for me and has too many carbs sugar etc. This Utlima Replenishing Electrolyte Hydrating packet has really helped me with my migraines. It doesn’t stop or get rid of them but I feel it takes less time for my recovery. I am on my 4th box and just signed up to receive them monthly. The taste is great. My only issue is the powder has to be stirred several times for it to dissolve.

I put the electrolytes in my purified water 💧 every day,I really enjoy 😉 it's the best 👌.

I have used Ultima Electrolyte Replenisher for about two years and I have complete faith in it and have recommended it to several friends who are also fans. Lots of delicious flavors. I usually use the individual packets so I can carry it with me.

Well worth a try. Blue raspberry sounds like Jello or Koolaid kid flavor, but its much lighter (in a good way). I bought the multi-pack and this one just to try them all and this one is the least bold flavor of them. Kid friendly and not off-putting for an adult. I used one packet in a 16.9 ounce bottle and its plenty of flavor for me. There is a tiny bit of undiluted powder in that size bottle so it might do just fine i a 20 oz bottle as well. I'll definitely buy again.

I’d like to start by saying I live a ketogenic lifestyle. No matter who you are, you HAVE to have some sort of electrolyte replenishment. This is the best. Ive tried so many before coming across this one and I have never been so pleased! Best tasting. Fast acting. Clean ingredients!! You know how sometimes you’ll start to feel a little headache coming on? No matter how much water you drink? Dump this in there and chug. You’re headache will almost instantly clear. Not just that, but it makes drinking a ton of water SO much easier. Looking forward to summer and using this mix for some popsicles or something similar to curb the cravings!!

I have tried so many brands for taste. They all have a strange taste. It is just what you can tolerate. I find this brand the best tasting. I do not like sweet drinks so that is my struggle. These are sweet in a 16oz. bottle of water. I add more water. The other thing is even after shaking it like crazy, there is always some sediment in the bottom of the bottle. I wouldn't stir it in to mix it, you definitely need to shake it up. I also find this product expensive. It makes me hesitate to purchase.
