Great pancake mix. I have always loved Bob’s Redmill products in this pancake mix did not disappoint. Very easy to mix up and super light and fluffy and delicious pancakes.

Good- I will try more of Bob's Red Mill mixes.
Just got this mix today, and my husband already made waffles with it. I've never used this brand before, and I like it because sometimes waffles feel like they get stuck in my throat:-) But this brand is moist and doesn't do that. I think I'm going to try Bob's Brownie Mix next.
