DOES BREAK after "significant use" so have one in reserve where you can remember the location. For me it lasts longer than 6 months. I like that it has 3 sizes for comfort and seal.

Great mask, works very well, exact replacement, saves money
Anyone who uses a CPAP knows that the masks age, turn a little yellow and risk tearing with time. I have an awful distaste for the way the insurance industry charges 3x what something costs so I decided to look around and find my own way to replace my mask. I found this item, ordered one now and have been very happy with this mask. This mask is an exact factory made replacement for my ResMed Mirage FX Mask, it arrived in the factory packaging. It is the standard size and available for much less cost than when purchasing one through my insurance provider. Because I have an HDHP (High Deductible Health Plan) I have to pay either way so I might as well pay a third the price! When I get a replacement, I save the older one as a backup and also keep one in my travel bag. That way if anything goes wrong, tears, gets lost in travel etc I still have one around. I know you are supposed to replace these every 6 months, but I have used one for over a year with no problems. It did age, get a yellow tint to it. I try to wash them weekly and replace every 3-6 months. 5 stars, an exact replacement to keep me sleeping well at night.
