Great for pasta like spaghetti and lasanga
Update: I did try the pasta maker 3-in-1 (the seller was so kind to reach out to me, ask about my experience, they recommended I try the pasta make instead) and I’m glad I did and my mom did too. It was easy to use and easy to clean. We had a lot of fun making pasta for Easter Sunday and this 3-in-1 adapter did helped make it quickly. Much improved experience. This is our 2nd adaptor we tried (1st was the adaptor for making raviolis see below) we liked this adaptor so much more and it help us a lot. I would highly recommend this one for making spaghetti and lasagna bc it take and does almost all the work for me. My mom enjoyed it too and she couldnt believe how easy it was to change the width from thick to thin as we made and worked with the dough. We tried it out for Easter and everyone loved the pasta dinner. My mom can now make fresh pasta anytime just like when I was a kid. So I would recommend this especially if you like making pasta from scratch but don’t have the means to do all the hard work. Machine does almost all of it. It’s fabulous! Originally review: I got the 3-in-1 ravioli's-THIS IS NOT THE MACHINE FOR ME. So my brother and I wanted to make ravioli for the family (including my mom who use to make us ravioli growing up but hasn’t in a long time because of all the work it takes) well this machine is a bit messy bc the exact amount has to be placed in the slot with the two pieces of pasta. My mom came in and saved the day and she placed the flatten pasta, placed a teaspoon of filling along the pasta every 2inches, then took water (dabbed it) and placed the other flatten pasta on top… boombadaboom used a knife to cut the ravioli. She made like 30-40 ravioli in 2min. My brother and I made 30-40 ravioli in 2hours using this machine. It’s difficult. My mom said her pasta machine is from Italy it has two parts: a flattener and the cutter for spaghetti. She’s used it for over 45years, super easy to wash and clean (made of stainless steal). For now I will borrow my Moms and use her old fashion ravioli technique to make amazing ravolis. Update

Chef Approved
As a Chef with over 30 years in the restaurant industry, this little beauty did a great job rolling out and cutting pasta in my kitchen. Just follow the instructions if you are unfamiliar with how to operate a pasta machine. Make sure your pasta dough has enough flour so it doesn’t stick to the rollers and the machine will do the rest! No more hand cranking, worry about countertop clamps or the flour mess on the floor from manual pasta machines. I don’t know why I waited so long to buy an attachment pasta machine. Pasta is a great way to include all members of the family in fun meal prep. It is like playing with play dough, kids and adult kids love it. Everyone can delight in pasta that is fresh and so much better than anything you can buy at the store. This machine makes it easy to roll and cut. Also it has a much smaller footprint than my old hand crank style pasta machine, so more room in the cupboard or pantry. Great all around product. I am very happy.

Works great! Great value! Buy this one.
This is perfect! We had so much fun making noodles together! 100g flour to 1 egg, kneed for 10 minutes, then roll out to #8 and run through the cutter for thin spaghetti noodles. Much cheaper than the name brand attachment, and even better!

Convenient pasta roller.
This product was as described. My first try at noodles was not very encouraging. The dough would not pass thru, globbed up. I did flour each piece. But I decided to use cooking spray and pass it thru. It worked like a charm! I still lightly floured each piece. But frequently sprayed the rollers. Clean up. Not as horrible as anticipated. I quickly got the big pieces off. Then set it aside overnight. When the dough was dry, it brushed off easily. I’d give this product a five star, but I really wish the rollers were dishwasher safe or at least able to put in hot sudsy water to clean. .

Excellent Customer Service and Outstanding Support ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Although the pasta roller I received had a manufacturing defect and did not reach the correct thickness on the thinnest setting, I am extremely satisfied with this company and their customer service. After I contacted them, they responded quickly, asked for clear information to diagnose the issue, and handled everything in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. They processed a full refund without any hassle and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Defects can happen with any product, but what really matters is how a company stands behind what they sell. In my experience, their after-sales support was outstanding, and they completely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy from this company again because I know they truly care about their customers. Highly recommended.

Super roller;Great cutters
I have owned various iterations of the K5 Kitchenaid mixers for over 43 years. My original, made in Hobart, Indiana, is still chugging alongside two newer models I have acumulated over the years. I have used the official Kitchen-Aid pasta roller & cutters hundreds of times. The roller works well, but the cutting blades are not precise, and I found myself having to pull apart and seperate strands of poorly cut pasta for years. This problem, plus the need to change from the roller to the blades of the 3-part contraption prompted me to look beyond and consider this unified unit. It was also very reasonably priced. I am very pleased with its function. It rolls pasta dough perfectly, and cuts precisely. Even strands of fine spaghetti are cut cleanly and seperately. Plus, the unified head speeds up the pasta process significantly. There is no more unscrewing the roller from the machine head, and then remounting a cutting head before cutting pasta strands. You can easily switch from fine spaghetti to broader fettuccini within the same batch of dough without stopping. All of this great function is of course based upon having a pasta dough prepared with optimal proportions of liquid to flour. So many of the complaints listed in the reviews boil down to wet dough. This is also one source of the concern with "cleaning the machine." A pasta machine cleans itself: Let any residue dry completely and then let it crank a bit. The residue will fall out. The ravioli maker is a different story, (because of the filling) but none of those work well anyway. My experience with making ravioli for more than a half century is that a ravioli mold is a far better way to go. Just use the machine to sheet the dough and lay it on the mold. Use a large pastry bag to dole the filling. The only downside to this attachment that I can see is that the operater should be extra vigilant while using it. There are three moving parts, since the roller and both cutting blades engage and roll during every use. I make sure my cuffs are rolled up!

Get some semolina flour, buy this thing, and HAVE FUN!!!!
I made AMAZING squid ink fettuccine and I have NEVER done this before!!! For context: before attempting home made pasta, I read a lot of recipes and reviews and watched many tutorials. I even bought the TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR Kitchenaid 3 piece pasta attachment kit (and immediately returned it) .....when, I realized - wait - why would you want to be starting and stopping, and starting and stopping - to change out Kitchenaid parts - when you can efficiently let this run continuously while you knead, sheet, thin, and cut your pasta - portion by portion, until it's all ready to boil (?) with just ONE attachment...It seemed like a no-brainer. As long as your dough isn't sticky, I knew it would run through smoothly, as I had learned from watching several more-experienced pasta-makers. It worked PERFECTLY! This was my first time making homemade pasta and it was an enlightening game changer!!! The difference in taste is night and day, and I'm really pleased with this FABULOUS attachment!...Plus, it's FUN! It is fun, it is fabulous, and you will feel empowered making restaurant-quality pasta at home!

Excellent, bien pensé (3 en 1, outils de nettoyage, ...)
et plus bien pratique que l'original... à un prix beaucoup plus correct.
