Having owned a very similar lamp from a different company, which never really worked very well due to the poorly designed wire connection and battery compartment, this is by comparison a real treat to use. It works very well. It charges up quickly, it has a battery indicator light, it is much brighter than my previous lamp and the charging USB C cable fits securely and does the job perfectly. I used it for a concert the other day and on one charge it stayed very bright for the 2 hour duration. I haven't used it since (for about one week) and it is still bright from the same charge. Very sturdy construction, and thankfully no battery compartment, (these so often corrode and the batteries leak in any case etc.) so altogether v. happy with my purchase. I hope it lasts a long time. It even comes with its own little bag, which, contrary to what some other reviewers have said, is the perfect size for it. You just have to fold up the gooseneck in the right way for it to fit. Not a problem at all.

The lighting in the choir loft at the church where I play the organ is best described as “early 20th century”. Summer services during daylight hours are fine, but after dark the single spotlight behind the organist casts a shadow across the music stand. This light fits the music stand perfectly, without interfering with the music - single sheet or book style, whilst the colour and light intensity options will fit most if not all requirements. I personally like the height of the light in use, this clears even the largest of my sheet music scores whilst giving clear illumination across the pages below. The head is also flexible enough to ensure that the light shines only on the music, and not into my eyes. The rechargeable battery lasts well, even on full intensity/dual colour (the highest power use setting). It still had 50% charge remaining after almost 2 hours continuous use during a recent Christmas carol service, but it is easy to turn on and off so you could get multiple service/event uses from each charge - and when it needs to be recharged the supplied cable just uses any USB socket and takes around an hour in my experience. Finally, it rolls/folds up quite small for transportation, but easily folds back out the full length for use on the stand. Great bit of kit, not the cheapest but it is a quality item that should last a good few years of frequent weekly use.

I think this is one of the best purchases I have ever made! It is easy to charge, the charge lasts for ages, and there are different levels of light to suits all situations I bought it for concerts - it clips neatly to the music stand and is designed not to dazzle other players. But I also use it for marking books in the evening or reading. The clip has a flat base so it can stand as a mini table lamp. It really is versatile!

A good, bright light that does the job very well. Until it doesn't. However, when the light would not switch on due to (probably) a faulty switch, the company was very quick to send me a replacement. I know many musicians with this product, and I'm the only one who has had anything go wrong. That's a pretty good record, in my opinion.

I bought this as a surprise gift for my musician daughter for Xmas 2021. I looked at other models and types, but this one seemed the right choice for her. It clips very securely to a music stand so no worries there. There are different light levels, so if you’re working in a very dark space you can use a lower light so that you don’t shine out in the orchestra (leave that for your playing!), or if you’re in brighter light the highest setting is ideal. It’s really easy to use, just click the button to cycle through the light levels and the final click turns it off. Very intuitive. She’s very happy and it’s worth the price even if it’s not the cheapest option. It does feel very robust which is important when you’re moving from venue to venue and packing it into a gig bag. Top stuff.

This is a well designed and well made lamp. The clamp is strong & positive with good attachment depth. I like the swan-neck connection to lamp head which has plenty adjustment. The lamp itself has three levels of brightness which are bright and easy to switch between. Charging is straight forward and quick with the charge lasting a long time. Overal, it is an excellent product and well worth the cost.

Nice and bright (brighter than everyone else's :)) on brightest setting, on which it lasts about 3 hrs before starting to get a bit dimmer. So won't last a full 3hr rehearsal plus concert, one or other but not both ! But no problem as easy to charge off USB power pack between rehearsal and gig! Good light coverage for 2 pages side by side on music stand, and the body clip doesn't get too in the way. Only silly little thing is the bag it comes with doesn't really fit it, can coerce it in, at least it comes with a bag though ?!

This music stand light has proven more useful than I could have imagined. I use it, mostly, attached to the music rest attached to my portable piano and it has meant that I can play in a room without needing strong light (artificial or otherwise) now which is far more pleasant. Even when the light in the room seems good there is a benefit to switching this music stand light on at low or medium settings. I cannot yet know how good the overall battery life will be but find it a shame the battery is built-in so can never be replaced - hopefully that will not become an issue. For the price this is a superb light and I would not be without it now.

Great stand light! A friend lent me this light to use and it was great so I bought one for myself. Full width light, easy to clip on the music stand and I really like the short lip on the audience side that help shield the light from the other side. Three brightness settings make this plenty bright. Highly recommended! Note: it comes with a USB cord to recharge the light, so you will need a USB-AC adapter if you want to charge it in a wall outlet.

Per chi va fuori a suonare è letteralmente indispensabile, ottima durata delle batterie dichiarata ben 100 ore L estetica è gradevole e mi sembra anche ben costruita robusta e versatile di piu non gli si puo chiedere.

Tiene 3 intensidades de luz, sin pilas ni cables. Cada 3 días lo pongo a cargar cuando veo que la luz se debilita. Me va genial para leer partituras, antes tenía otra que no iluminaba tanto y era muy molesto. No sé cómo los músicos de orquesta pueden leer con las luces chungas que les ponen en el atril.
