New COMPUTER now non working and BLACK SCREEN from Webroot download on Amazon Digital
***BEWARE!! I am an Amazon buyer, this gets NEGATIVE stars. I decided to buy the download of Webroot digital software for my new computer from Amazon. I did read the reviews and should have listened. I wanted a virus protection on my laptop before I started to use it and thought the online version was a fast option. The digital copy I bought on Amazon did not acknowledge the download and gave me an error message, it did take the keycode so I was completely confused. I now have a NON FUNCTIONING brand new computer. Somehow the virus protection has created some issue and I can not turn on my new my laptop. I have no way to contact Amazon for this issue I paid $30 for... and not sure what will happen regarding the cost to take a brand new out of the box computer back to the store and explain. This is not how this should work. I am 100% upset with this situation and will NEVER buy a download virus protection from Amazon again. Hard lesson learned. Take advice, if some say it didn’t work you will gamble as to if it will work for you. I lost the gamble big time. *** Any suggestions are helpful with why I have a black screen on a new Dell SSD laptop.

Great Virus Protection!
I have been using Webroot for approximately 15 years! It works very well and is reasonably priced. I buy it directly from Amazon every year and install it, as the automatic renewal is much more expensive. I subtract 1 star for some difficulty when renewing every year. I need to delete my version that is expiring before I can upload the new version. Other that, I've been extremely happy with this software.

Not a resource/memory hog, uncomplicated, fast and it works, very well.
I have used Webroot for several years, it's quick, maintenance free and does a good job of keeping me safe on my Windows desktop computer, I haven't used it on any Android devices nor IOS. I usually get it at a discount but would pay the full price if I had to. Have never had a problem with it, it's easy to download, easy to use and does what it's supposed to very well, in an uncomplicated way, no hassle way. I plan to keep on using it in the future, see no reason to change.
