Does it work without sd card ?

On most of their cameras you get about 24 hours you can go back without a cloud plan or SD card. My first 2 I bought actually went back farther, but none of the rest have. Basically you've got 24-hour recording basically for life for as long as you have the camera. With cloud service you have your choice of 7 Days up to continuous recording if you'd like, or 15 days or 30 days, I thought I even heard something about the 60-day plan but I'm not sure about that.

Where does the sd card go? does it even have a slot for it? product description states compatible with 128 gb sd.

I bought 2 cameras. Neither one will connect. Is there not a way to manually connect them? I may be returning both if unable to add the devices.

The first camera that I bought a few months ago connected to the 5G wifi with no problem. The two I just bought had to be connected manually. After 40 mins of trying to connect to the wifi, the manual connection worked in 2 minutes. You have to click "manual set up" and click the first setting on the drop down.

I have spectrum router, and an ipad.but the device says it doesn’t accept 5 ghz.is that what i have? now what? pls help.thanks.

it only supports 2.4 Ghz wifi; if you have 5Ghz router, it may be a dual 2.4/5Ghz type, but only have turned on for 5ghz- check your router, turn on 2.4 if available
