Is there a warranty or guarantee? I previously purchased one of these from an auction site and it failed after 28 days of use.

i had mine fail after 3 months of usage,i purchased another before the failure of first one,,i contacted the seller,,got no help at all,,they made the process so difficult that i just gave up,,,,,the one that failed ruined 38 reptile eggs,,3000 dollars worth,,,

Not sure of exact measurements but it’s more for gecko eggs or bearded dragon eggs definitely not made for snake eggs

can i use this to keep food (for human consumption) warm?

Although my organization uses this incubator to incubate lake water samples testing for bacteria, since the range of temperatures is wide for this incubator, it might be more useful keeping food hot than keeping food chilled.
