I need size 39. The soles are offered in size 39-41. Isn't that too big for my shoes then?

The insole foot warmers can be stored for several years if unopened. You can read the exact expiry date on the package. Our insoles contain natural ingredients. This means that the foot warmers can be disposed of in the regular residual waste.

What is the optimal use for longer periods of sitting?

Make sure that the soles are supplied with enough air. If you sit still for a long time, it is advisable to move your toes in between. Loosen very air-impermeable shoes a little if necessary.

What is the optimal application in ski boots?

We recommend that you move your toes in between. This allows air to reach the pads. If the warming process really comes to a standstill, get out of your ski boots for a short time. The air will warm them up again after 10-15 minutes.
