When I was changing a valve cover, I pulled the hose off the nipple, and the nipple came off with the hose. I installed this one, and so far, no check engine light.

Fits 3rd gen 4runners
Works for 3rd gen 4runners 4wd vsv. Got 2 of them and just had to file down a small ridge on 1 of them for it to fit properly. I now have 4wd!

Didn’t fit
Didn’t fit. Plug is backwards from the factory plug. Threw it away and bought a factory one from the dealer. This thing is not easy to change and it’s very frustrating to install and find out the plug doesn’t fit. Worth the 180.00 at the dealer. Fixed the fault code with my car

This fits a first gen 4runner. You have to reuse the old bracket because the hole for the bolt is the wrong size. took me 5 mins and runs smooth.
