GREEN VALLEY Organic Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, 15 OZ

I picked up this canned corn to have an easy side dish on hand for busy weeknights, and it has been a convenient pantry staple. The kernels were tender, naturally sweet, and worked well in salads, soups, casseroles, and as a simple side with dinner. I also appreciated that the corn wasn't overly salty and didn't have a metallic aftertaste. One small downside was that a few kernels were softer than I prefer, and I needed to drain it well before using it in salads. Overall, it was fresh-tasting, versatile, and something I'd consider purchasing again.

I prefer to buy fresh, but can find organic corn where I live, so this is the next best thing. Very tasty and organic.

Genuinely packaged in flip-top can. Not always t case w other veg's on order. This one never disappoints. And always deliicious.

It's versatile – great on its own, mixed into salads, or as a side dish. It holds its texture well and doesn't turn mushy like some other brands can. My only minor complaint is that sometimes a few kernels can be a little firmer than others after cooking, but it's not a dealbreaker by any means. Overall, a great product I'll keep buying

Not sure about the price. I rinsed it and then cooked it with yogurt butter, Amish butter from the roll/loaf, and then rosemary salt alongside parsley because it is bland on its own but it was great and would also make good elote.

First we liked the texture and taste. But the last ones seem to have a bitter aftertaste. Our main concern is the possibility of things leeching from the can lining. It’s not enough to say it’s BPA free, we need to know what the lining is made of exactly, like not some other type of bisphenol. I would think somebody has tested the contents of the can to make sure nothing was leaching from the lining? Such testing should be posted online!
