This is such a simple device I can't believe it's not a 50 year-old design, and it works excellently. I wish I had this in college. Pretty much anything that claims to open bottles will get the job done, but this is by far the best device I've ever used at resealing bottles with crown tops. I've had better luck with this than with screwing back on screw-off crown tops. I particularly like that the bottle opener part folds down. It keeps the whole thing secure for transporting in a cooler, and takes up less space in the refrigerator than the competitors that are just one solid piece. It's also just easier to use and get good seal. I'm buying a second one.

This is super easy to use and will last a while. You can remove the cap with it and it is a bit bulky but super sturdy so worth it

This works great on standard 12 and 11.2 ounce bottles. I buy some strong Belgian ales and craft beers and sometimes I only want to drink half and it keeps the carbonation so far two days without noticeable difference in the second half of the bottle. I had hoped because of other reviews saying that it fit most champagne bottles that it would work with corked and caged 750ml bottles of Belgian Ales but the bottle of Delirium Tremens I opened today while I had a friend over was way too large for the Sizzler device. So I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I liked it but I need to get something else meant for champagne bottles still.

Great, handy little 2-in-1 tool to have — especially as part of your cocktail making toolkit! Feels well-made, especially for its price. Just make sure to dry properly before storage, otherwise it can develop a bit of rust.

Way better than I thought. I had bought some silicone wine stoppers (the ones that cover the outside of the bottle top...like a glove), and they popped off from the shaking caused by opening the refrigerator door. This one though is completely air tight. However, it only works on the normal (like) 12 oz beer/soda bottles. The larger (24oz bottles) with the thicker lip, this product isn't large enough for that. But, I'm ordering my second one because I only drink 3 oz of beer a night, and I like a variety. Just place it (more like...roll it) over the top while pressing down and it clicks in to place.

In my long search for stoppers that fit my Martinelli Sparkling Cider bottles, I found this “capper” that seals across the top of the bottle. It fits multiple size bottles because of the spring arm on one side that adjusts to the size of the bottle when you press it on from the top. You have to make sure you press it firmly, flat to the top of the bottle then pull the locking lever down. Unlike other, outside the bottle cappers that are one piece straight across, the folding feature is space saving, allowing normal storage in refrigerator or on ice, with nothing jutting out. The folding feature makes it a convenient portable pocket capper to take to parties to cap off whatever you’re drinking from a bottle that you don’t want left open while you’re not drinking it, whether to preserve the carbonation or avoid your beverage being tampered with.

I wish it included an illustration of how to put it on the bottle. It’s very tight, to keep the carbonization in, so it was difficult to use the first time. At first I thought it was the wrong size, but my husband figured it out and put it on the first time. It works well and keeps my mixer fresh for several days at least. I would buy it again. 😁

It's a little pricey but I get it. I love that you can use bottle opener as a cap also. Great for when you're at a BBQ and you set your Mexican Coke down without worrying about a fly in your drink. Very sturdy and light fits right in your pocket. I carry it with me wherever I go.
