El cartucho viene bien presentado, interiormente está muy bien protegido para q no sufra ningún deterioro. Al ser original no hay ningún problema a la hora de la instalación, y una vez instalado la impresora lo reconoce y la impresión es correcta. El precio me ha parecido q está dentro de la normalidad.

En soit la cartouche est top, mais pour ceux qui utilise l'imprimante HP mfp 178 nw, le remplacement peut être source de problèmes. Je n'utilise que des toners de la marque HP. Cette fois ci, je remplace que le noir (vu les couleurs sont OK). Au bout de 60 impressions, le message s'affiche "REMPLACER TONER" (c'est à dire les 4 toners). Après quelques tentatives infructueuses, ce qui a fini par marcher est : 1) Débrancher le câble d'alimentation (et tous les câbles), appuyer sur "ON" 30 secondes puis rallumer -> le message "REMPLACER TONER" revient. 2) Retirer les 4 cartouches et le bac de récupération à gauche. Pour chaque cartouche : -nettoyer soigneusement les 2 connecteurs à gauche -nettoyer soigneusement les 4 connecteurs de devant. Faire les mêmes nettoyage des connecteurs coté imprimante. Tout remettre en place, et là CA MARCHE ! Voilà j’espère être utile à d'autres acheteurs de ce toner :)
