NO fishy taste
I appreciate these little gems. They are easy to swallow, have no fishy taste or smell, and have the nutrients I need.

Great Supplement
This product was the perfect solution for my needs. I was told by my doctor that I needed a source of Omega 3 and I am allergic to fish, so fish oil was out. The product is reasonably priced, easy to swallow, and I now have it on an automatic reorder plan as well. My blood tests continue to improve and the supplement is now a part of my daily routine. I would definitely recommend it.

Vegan Omega 3s
I purchased these omega 3 capsules because I read online that fish actually get their omega 3 from plants. I always thought that the fish created the omega 3 themselves, but they actually get it from their diet so this is technically straight from the source. I prefer to eat vegan whenever possible so I figured I'd give it a try. Essentially these are pretty much exactly like fish oil caps. I get the same level of burps and I feel the same as I do on fish oil, but these are vegan. So if you're like me and prefer the vegan option these are for you, but I wouldn't put them above fish oil. They make me feel the same and the burps are the same as well. I don't really have much of a problem with the burps because I always take them with food anyway and its incredibly mute, but these aren't 100% "fishy burp free." Good enough for me though I'd recommend.

Good Supplements!
I ordered these supplements recently and am liking them very much so far. The softgels are a good, pretty small size and easily to swallow. I also like that the omega 3 is Vegan, so there is no fishy taste associated with taking these.

Easy to swallow and vegan
*Disclaimer*: I haven't been using these long enough to see benefits, and I'm not sure it's realistic to actually *notice* the benefits of something like this, or to tease those apart from other lifestyle factors - e.g. "am I more focused because I'm supplementing with omega-3, or is it that I've been getting better sleep, drinking less caffeine late in the day, exercising, etc?" That said, I've read that at least one study showed that women who took omega-3 supplements during pregnancy gave birth to children with higher IQs - apologies for not being able to reference the study, but I read this in Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma. This was more than enough to get me interested! I bought these particular supplements due to my understanding (I am not a biologist!) that the particular fatty acids they contain, EPA and DHA, are of "greater physiological potency" (wikipedia) than ALA, which is often found in plant-derived supplements. If you're on a plant-based diet, it is difficult to obtain these fatty acids, so I decided to try supplementing. Note that the bottle recommends you refrigerate after opening! It took me about a week to find that on the label. Don't follow in my footsteps. Finally, I'd definitely recommend following research on omega-3 supplementation and always incorporating a healthy dose of skepticism in your daily vitamin regimen.

Vegan Omegas are a win- Visible results!
My doctor has wanted me taking Omegas for years; unfortunately, I could not stomach even the most expensive “flavorless” varieties. i learned about a vegan form and was excited to give it a try. These are small capsules that are easy to swallow and I do not taste anything when taken with water. Very happy to have found a product I am able to use. UPDATE: Two months into taking these I have my vision appt and I no longer have chronic dry eyes (something I’ve had for 20 years that they always use a strip test to diagnose for my eye drop prescription)! I talked to my doc about any changes and taking these omegas was all I could come up with, ophthalmologist stated that omegas are a huge help with maintaining moisture and believes these are what did it! I then noticed i also don’t have my annual, winter chapped nose or lips! I am Loving this!!! None of these factors are the reason I started taking this supplement for my mental health but i am ecstatic for bonus benefits <3

Quality Control Problems
I just received the two-bottle order I placed a few days ago. I opened the first bottle and poured a number of the soft gels out into my palm to begin placing them in a daily pill organizer. I then realized that all the soft gels in the bottle were coated with a smelly, greasy, sticky substance that transferred also to any other surface the soft gels make contact with. One of the soft gels in the bottle had apparently broken open. The second bottle did not have the same problem. The foul smell on my hands from handling the soft gels in the first bottle could not be removed with hand soap. The smell was not as foul as a fishy smell, but foul nonetheless. I'm not sure now that I will take any at all, whether the bottle has a broken soft gel in it or not. Disappointed. Update: I received a replacement for the bottle with the broken capsule about 3 days later. It contained no broken capsules, any oily, sticky mess, or foul odor. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 for the quick corrective action.

Love the gel caps
I really like these omega-3 softgels. The gel caps are easy to take and don’t have an unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a plant-based supplement
