These are excellent pumps while they last
These are excellent pumps while they last. Unfortunately the impeller shafts do not hold up in a salt water environment for much more than one season. Good news is that they have a 3 year Warranty from RULE so you get a new one nearly every season! Just keep a spare on the boat with you. I wire my pumps up with the Deutsch 2-Pin Waterproof connectors so when the pump breaks I just plug in the new one and mail the broken one back to RULE. I love AMAZON Prime, It's at my door in two days!

Quality Product
Super easy swap from the old one to the new one. I have two pumps to a 50 gallon well with large drains. Can pack the bait in there and they stay fresh and lively. NOT running an O2 system

These things move a ton of water and keep a live well full of fragile thread fins kicking all day. I use it about 800-1000 hours a year. I keep a spare on the boat in case one dies and the quick change out is simple. I could only find the 800 series at the local marine shops...

I installed it, it worked for minutes then stopped working, very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for this brand for years. I tried many times and it wouldn't work at all!!
