. Review: Love it. Great service. - Great sophmore album from this classic band. Review: Great RCR remaster but…… - Love all the Rock Candy Records Quiet Riot reissues, but unlike Metal Health none have bonus tracks, so that’s a bit of a let down. On the other hand this one along with the others all have great sounding remasters with lots of punch. The extended liner notes in all of them are also all very good and wow the drama! Buy them all you will not regret them at all! Cheers!

Just as good as the first album
Here I am again a few decades+ later reviewing an album that I should have given more of a chance when it originally came out. I really liked Metal Health which is a fairly solid album that includes the mammoth title track (with an awesome video)! But by the time Condition Critical came out, Quiet Riot had had the first #1 metal album ever and they were now everyone's favorite band. They chose to follow the same formula with the second album by covering another Slade song and releasing the so-so Party All Night as another single. Despite buying the cassette as soon as it came out, I started to lose interest in the band and did not listen to it much. Fast forward a few decades and I have to say that the album includes some great songs like Sign Of The Times, Stomp Your Hands, Winner Takes All, Condition Critical, and Red Alert. As one reviewer wrote, it is as good as the first album and I agree. The year 1984 was a great year for metal!!!

Feel the Noise with this album!
I can't say that Quiet Riot has lasting stay power, but this is probably their best work. You might be better off buying the songs you enjoy the most, but if you like more than half of the album, it might be better to just get the whole album.

Red Alert!!
Got this used. Original 1984 pressing came in excellent condition considering it's age. Looks and plays great. Vinyl looks new and has no unwanted surface noise or skips. Cover has some normal wear, has it's original gloss and no splits or tears. Over all a great buy!

One of my favorite QR albums and very underrated
One of my favorite QR albums and very underrated. Brings back a lot of high school memories. I had the cassette when it first came out and wore it out. The cd is clears up a lot of those segments I remembered. Saw the tour in 84 and was blown away by how loud they were and Dubrow's voice. Nice to finally have on cd.
