A bit big

Not used it yet as it's bigger than I though depth wise and needs a bigger pan sadly but it looks ok. Maybe best for a larger amount tho

Bigger than expected

Very sturdy and bigger than expected, so large saucepan required, it has a rounded bottom which at first thought it might be a problem, but I'm able to stand it on the counter without all the chocolate coming out (use t. towel to lay it on). Delivery and packaging very good and arrived quickly. I put 450g of chocolate in and only fills a quarter of the pan. The top of pan is wide enough to bang chocolate back in although I get messy. (I'm still learning) Cleans easily soppy water.
