Second skin
I've cut my skin on my thumbs multiple times now while doing Olympic lifts. These definitely help protect them and i use it every time I do those lifts. These wraps are pretty pricey tho.

Best tape on the planet
I loved how the tape came in a nice bearkomplex box that had all the tape individually wrapped. I knew bearkomplex had the best grips on the planet so when they came out with tape I had to try it out! All I can say is they have the best tape on the planet! Very tacky, light weight, does not cut off circulation to your fingers when use it and it. It can be hand torn so no need to grab scissors or a friend to help you apply the tape!

Best thumb tape
I go through about three rolls of thumb tape every 8 weeks and bear komplex is my go to. Itโs stretchy, sticky, and provides a nice boost of grip. Itโs the perfect option for barbell work.

Great tape
I use this in CrossFit mainly when there is high volume snatches or cleans. Tape stays in place and is easy to remove. These rolls are a little wider than others Iโve used in the past but I donโt mind that. And a great price for several rolls!

Very happy with my purchase! Does what it's supposed to do. I use this for weightlifting & Crossfit. Doesn't roll up on my thumbs like other brands. Very affordable & shipping was extremely fast! Would definitely recommend.

Great for olympic weightlifting & crossfit
I do Crossfit and as part of also Olympic Weightlifting. The Bear Complex tape is the best I have used so far. Its width and rough texture makes it ideal for lifts that require 'hook grip'. Even ordering from the US, the package arrived within 2 weeks without any problem in perfect condition.
