Really happy with this beauty.
I've collected quite a few budget guitars and I've been looking for a tele thinline for a while. I even very recently tried out a "real" Fender Modern Player thinline, and though it is about as cheap as you can get for a Fender ($500), I expected more and I like this thing considerably better. I had the cash in my pocket, but had to walk out on it. I think mainly it was the over lacquered neck on the Fender, but it otherwise felt rather cheap and didn't even sound that great (had the dual p-90s, usually I love p-90s).Anyway, while this Reville certainly isn't building perfection, but it is great build for the price. I have owned probably a dozen sub $200 guitars, and this . The neck in particular is really beefy and great feeling, which is something I have found is very rare on budget guitars. Seriously, this neck is bad-ass and probably my favorite part/ biggest surprise with this thing.I even dig the design of the headstock, which I know can mean a lawsuit if the manufacturer tries to copy the Fender/Squire tele headstock too closely. Too many budget teles have hideous super-strat looking things or something else atrocious. This has a nice blend of traditional tele shape tweaked in what I feel is a slightly more modern/edgy look, kind of Reverend-esque. And I even like the pick guard - again nice mix of the traditional, but rocked out a little.I will, and do need to have a bit of a set-up done. It is a bit fret buzzy here and there and I prefer a bit heavier strings. But it really isn't too bad out of the box. The action was low and the intonation was actually spot-onโI never get that with anything I have bought under $300. I will have to readdress all that with some of the adjustments regardless, but I was relatively impressed with that.It sounds nice too. I generally figure I am going to want to swap out pickups and electronics on something at this price range, but so far I am really liking the tones to the point where I am not going to rush into replacing anything yet.And it just looks great. Obviously the light blue and maple might not be for everybody, but if it was I probably wouldn't want it, right? I think it is sexy. And like the other guy said, even my wife commented on how great it looked. Which is nice as I bring home too many guitars I am sure she'd rather not have in the house.Besides a few minor rough edges and obviously not top-of-the-line hardware (which you can't remotely expect on a guitar at this price), I am really happy with this purchase. It would be a fantastic project guitar, but is pretty great as is.

No online dating here, this one looks prettier in person!
When this guitar arrived it was even prettier in person. My wife loves the way it looks and I love the way it feels. Requires some adjustments upon opening, but what doesn't. My goal was to land a guitar that was something more than a starter kit that I enjoyed playing, while being nice to look at, like she wants me to pick her up and play. Mission accomplished!

Perfect guitar.. especially for the price!
I pretty much love everything about this guitar... the color, raw tone, weight, feel of the fretboard & neck. When it arrived it had a note from the Revv company saying it needs to be professionally set-up. I've still not done that, but it still sounds and feels great.
