Great product, great taste, healthy
We use honey in cereal, yogurt and teas among other uses. This is a very good product, tastes great, and it's good for you. The jars were very well packed for shipping to avoid breakage.

Half of honey was strongly crystalized,if it's real honey in the jar? Can't melt of in warm water.

badly crystalized
unique flavor, however highly crystalized into a chunk of sugar half the size of the jar....difficult to get back into liquid form using just hot water. im not into microwaving my honey, try to avoid messing with it too much....not sure id buy this brand again. will look into others though

Perhaps it was the batch, the year, the predominant weather?
Linden honey is usually quite strong in flavor-- which is why I love it-- the tree itself is an exceptional haven of scents and shade in the late spring, early summer. And the flowers are wonderfully scented, which of course is what is imparted to the honey. But THIS was not as flavorful as I am used to, as far as Linden Honey is concerned. It may have been the weather? The batch? The Climate? Next year, I will try again -- and order the same honey to see if there's a difference. I certainly will use this jar, and yes the flavor is there but it is not as powerful as what I am used to with Linden Honey.

Good linden taste
Good linden taste. A lot of the honey turned to sugar. We will microwave it at the end of the liquid.

Great product, love Linden everything
Great product, love Linden everything! I grew up drinking Linden tea with Linden honey! AMAZING!!! Also great for deserts, drizzle on toast.....toasted croissants....get creative, this is an amazing flavor.

Heavenly flavor
Wonderful honey, fantastic taste. Expensive, but worth it. Wonderful on toasted homemade bread.

Only one star
Bad product. It was as if it has saccharose sugar in it. The colour wasn't like the normal colour of Linden Honey and it was more sweet as well. I won't buy this again
