Love this book! Fun to look at and full of interesting techniques to try. If I had to critique... I would say fleshing out the workshops step by step would work. Some feel a little TOO bullet pointed

Lots of really useful resources but wish some of them had more detail. All round really decent stuff though.

This is one of the books that I come back to again and again. It’s full of useful and comprehensive information about service design activities, how to use them and why.

One of the best books in design thinking I have read. Very easy to understand, clear and the process of tools are in order of use. Any manager, consultant etc who works in the innovation space should purchase.

Great book

I just used Persona/User Profile section of the page to help in our marketing efforts. The book is a compilation and categorization of practices around the world, and is focused on the "doing" aspect of DT. Highly recommended if you need to actually "do" DT at work or class.
