This is a great pick me up and it has zinc and vitamins in it. All you have to do is take 1 scoop per 16oz of water and shake it up- I used this when I was on the advocate diet and even though I am not doing the diet any more I still drink this drink everyday

PINK LEMONADE
I've been drinking spark for 14 years and pink lemonade is the ONLY flavor. I wouldn't call it a weight loss drink but definitely an energy drink - but without the side effects. Anyway, PINK LEMONADE!

Love this, very hydrating
Love the pink lemonade flavor. I mix it with 32oz water so it is like a nice flavored addition-also makes it last a bit longer since this is a tad expensive. But very hydrating. Good for breakfast in lieu of coffee so it helps you get more water intake but just as good for during or after a workout. I learned to put a bit of water in bottle before adding this otherwise if put powder first then water, it will clump (even with a Blender Bottle). Wish this was a bit cheaper and I would buy it more often.

I have been a fan of this product for years! It tasted like a zingy pink lemonade and is great to pair with a multi-collagen powder as well. It definitely flushes your system while giving you a healthy boost and I love it. The smell isn’t the best, but the taste is a 10/10 — no clumps, no chalkiness, it really tastes like you’re drinking pink lemonade 🍋
