I wear a 9 should I size up or down? Or you think it’s true to size?

I mostly wear a 7.5 and I bought an 8 and it just fit. I am not even sure I could wear a really thick sock with it, though medium socks have been fine. Most of the challenge is in the toe box. Very glad I sized up.

How tight are these when first put on?

Very tight, I had to stretch them

My feet swell. I am a 9.5 shiuld I go to 10 or get the wide size 9.5

I would go to a 10. These are narrow in the toe, and so far I can only wear them for short periods of time without them hurting my feet.
