These are full of umami, with a mild saltiness and nori flavor. They are decent sized flakes with a little chew. We enjoy these sprinkled on rice or stir fry for extra umami. Lightly toasted in the toaster oven, crisps them up, increases their flavor, and makes them taste a little like bacon bits.

This product packs a double punch: 1- Can be added to a smoothie or salad dressing to expel heavy metals from the body. 2- Can be used as a substitute in recipes that call for Fish Sauce to lower the sodium content.

Love the packaging. It was shipped along with some smelly fabric softener and I was sure it was ruined because of it. I waited a couple of days and I could not tell. Very pleased with the dulse.

Tastes great. Adding it to my detox-smoothie every day, and the light saltiness enhances its flavor, as an unexpected side benefit. Highly recommend it.

I've never had the smell be so strong or the flakes be so large. Sadly I can't return these.
