Where can I get a replacement beater?

It’s garbage. Get your money back. I put mine in the dishwasher and all the silver came off. It’s not even stainless steel. I jumped through hoops for them got the run around. Finally Amazon gave me a refund and I sent it back. Fridgidaire. Products are garbage. The handle on my range fell off and now it’s Christmas and 2 months later still no replacement handle for the oven door. And they wanted to charge me over 125.00 for the handle.

How loud is this mixer?

It makes more noise than my hand mixer. But I would say about average for a stand mixer.

Turn it clockwise or counterclockwise while someone is holding the mixer firmly to break it loose.
