I would give this 10 stars! I’ve used plenty of different urine/stain removers in the past 30 years, this one is by far the best. The only negative is it doesn’t have a citrus smell. It’s a bit perfumey, but being a person that doesn’t tolerate fragrances well, this one isn’t too bad. It smells a bit soapy, not too floral and doesn’t give me a headache. I’ve used it as a spot cleaner/deodorizer, as a supplement to my laundry detergent when washing my dog’s potty pads and in my carpet cleaner. Its ability to remove a stain is impressive. I have a senior dog who is unwell. She’s had a diarrhea accident and vomited on my living room rug. After removing the solid substance, I spray with Urine b Gone and within moments the stain starts to fade. I let it set around 15 minutes, wipe with a towel and spray again, this time scrubbing the rug in all directions, spray again, let set and scrub with a clean towel. I have attached photos showing those steps. I’ve used this on urine accidents on my hardwood floors as well. It leaves a bit of a shine to the floor if you don’t get it completely wiped up and washed away, but it definitely removes any smells. I absolutely do not tolerate smells in my home. This stuff is a life saver when you have pets. I highly recommend this product.

This is an all-around life-saving cleaner. I’ve used it on my carpets, laundry, and even to clean my walls. It smells really good. It gets odors out. Not just urine odors, but cigarette smoke odors too. I highly suggest purchasing this enzyme cleaner. It’s worth it.

OMG! I bought this to take care of a dog odor (urine). This stuff is awesome! I have used so many other products that mask the smell with a strong scent of either oils or perfumes, and then a few days later it smells like urine again. I have 4 dogs that often have an accident on the carpet. My carpet in my bedroom was starting to reek! I was at the end of my rope! This stuff worked! It doesn't leave behind much of a scent of lavender at all. It just takes away the urine smell! It smelled nice and clean and I was so impressed! Two weeks later and it still doesn't smell like urine! I would highly recommend this product!!!

I have two 13 year old dogs who have some issues from time to time. Used this once and the smell was verry minimal after. I used it twice now my house smells like the cleaner, thankfully its a good smell.

Good stuff. Works good. Does destroy the odor but the stains in my carpet is really soaked In.

This product helped reduce odor in lighter situations, but it did not completely eliminate stronger or older stains. It is easy to apply and the scent is not overwhelming, which I appreciate. However, I needed multiple applications for noticeable improvement. It may work better for fresh spots rather than deep-set odors. Overall, it performs moderately well but did not fully meet my expectations.

After trying vinegar, baking soda which simply did not work on my latex mattress, I used this early this morning and then set a fan to dry it. Not only is the scent way better you can tell it has eliminated the urine odor. My cat accidentally got locked in the bedroom when I left for wotk and clearly was ticked off. I was literally ripping the place apart trying to find where the smell was coming from and then realized it was on my bed. Typically he does not mark or spray he was just stressed. I am going to give it two more treatments just to be absolutely certain we are not going to have a smell problem. I also bought two of the same waterproof mattress covers so I have a backup just in case this happens again. Additionally I am putting a double pee pad between the latex mattress and the waterproof mattress cover. Should he decide to send me a pee message in the bed again, it doesn't make it to the actual latex mattress.

TRUST THE PROCESS!!! I have 2 small dogs that know how to potty outside but if its cold or raining, or they just want to be stubborn, my room was aweful. It was the place they they peed. I was in a deep depression for a while so I nearly gave up on trying to shampoo the carpet every other day the smell was horrid. The ammonia smell had became so strong I left a window open all the time. I bought a gallon of Urine-B-gone, a good spray bottle and crossed my fingers. I wet the whole area of the carpet. I even went over the bad spots with just water in my cleaner but after it dried i re-sprayed with product. The ammonia smell seemed to be getting much stronger, for days. I was about to give up any hope that this product worked. But after about 5 days when the carpet dried well the air started to clear and the difference was amazing. I used the whole bottle and it was a strong smell for a bit... but my room smells great now. I never thought it would smell decent, much less good, ever again...at least without a full carpet change. I say trust the process. Give it time to work its magic and dont be stingy

We had cat 🐈‍⬛ issue with renters who weren’t supposed to have pet. The spry was used in tile and in corner of dining room. It seems to have worked. It smelled funny for a couple hours then it was gone. Thank you.

Brought a new kitten and she had an incident on my new mattress this product got rid of the smell aswell as the stain worked so quickly the stain started going as soon as i sprayed it all over and the smell has completely gone i got the citrus smelling spray and it works wonders i would 100% recommend this for any pet owners :)

Purtroppo non funziona per niente con l'urina di gatto. Ho fatto tre interventi su un acciottolato, sfregando anche le fughe con una spazzola e lasciando agire il prodotto ogni volta per diverse ore, ma l'odore non è stato eliminato. Deludente.

Je suis ravie, mes chiens ont uriné sur le balcon et j'ai réussi à enlever l'odeur, produit très efficace et odeur agréable

You have to love this liquid for several hours to get rid of the smell. And even after that there is still a smell of cats urine
