In the past few years, I have been experiencing hives and random swelling of my eyelids. I never had any allergies until I moved to NY and I'm opposed to relying on medication daily, but the allergic reactions started becoming more frequent (4-5 times a week) so I finally made a trip to the allergist. I found out that one of the things I'm allergic to is dust [insert rolling eyes emoji]. How the heck can I avoid dust in NYC, or anywhere else for that matter!?! Well, I can't. I felt okay so I began taking it first thing in the morning and I didn't experience any drowsiness. Suffice it to say, this has worked like a charm for my allergies. I began taking this about a month ago and tried skipping one day. That one day my eyelid became swollen and my scalp, hands and arms became really itchy. When I took Zyrtec the next day, my symptoms cleared up and haven't returned since. Not sure if it's coincidence. Probably not. Suffice it to say, I won't skip a day again. Zyrtec is worth a try if you're suffering from allergies, especially those you can't avoid or some mysterious ones that a doctor can't pinpoint.

This product is great. I took Zyrtec years ago but changed because it made me sleepy during work. Well now I have allergies under my eye lid and couldn’t wear my contacts comfortably with my old allergy meds. After two days of taking this at night my eyes felt way better and I was able to wear my contacts longer during the day. I haven’t had any upper respiratory infections or uncontrollable sneezing either in the last month.

Some days I started getting insane allergies to the point where I'm like if I were to go out the house this would actually destroy my day. Constantly sneezing,nose need blowing almost non stop, eyes red and watery eventually becoming too dry. After I pop one of these and they kick in (around a hour later) I don't think I sneeze for the rest of the day.... probably blow my nose another 2 times throughout the day but that's nothing compared to me blowing it multiple times a hour before taking the pill. I Try not to take them everyday though read some reviews on ppl having withdrawal symptoms. I only use them when needed.

I have trouble with my nose plugging up in the middle of the night waking me up. Taking the Zyrtec Antihistamine 24 hour keeps that from happening. I take it at noon.
