Best yeast ever. Lasts a long time, works fine and I put in smaller jars and freeze until I need it. I keep a small jar in my refrigerator for every day use. Economically a MUST!!

So far I have made pizza and Puerto Rican pan sobao (sweet bread) and it has worked like a charm, honestly. Reacts super fast and my dough never looked better!

Never Failed Even Outdated
I love this yeast! I bought this during lockdowns because, like everyone else, I was going to be little Betsy homemaker and make all kinds of delicious goodies. I put it in a sealed plastic container and into the deep freezer it went. Fast forward to 2025 and I bought a bread maker because grocery store bread has sooo many additives, plus wheat being a crop sprayed numerous times during its growth with glyphosate.( look it up). I used up my packets of yeast and dug this out of the freezer, used it up and ordered more. I finally found the outdate on my old package and it was 2022. Wow! I made many loafs with that yeast and it never let me down. If that isn’t the best recommendation, I don’t know what is! I’m a customer for life!

MUST HAVE to make genuine NY style pizza crust!
We got a pizza oven and wanted to make NY style pizza, but this kind of yeast isn't available in our stores. So excited that Amazon could deliver to us, and we made the "real" pizza dough! Look up a NY style pizza crust recipe: it always calls for INSTANT YEAST. Never regular yeast. It takes days in the fridge, but it's worth it! The flavor has developed, the crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! This yeast was very effective at getting that authentic crust, and we're now addicted! LOL!
