Excellent Client Care
Product was dispatched / received quicker than estimate. Excellent client care when I realised there was slight damage caused in transit. The company agreed to an exchange even though I was outside of the date range as specified in the T&Cs. I was really impressed with the personal service and the quality of the product (SUNPIPE 230mm). I swapped the 300mm for a 230mm product as the dimension related to the diameter of the pipe within the Sunpipe. The Skylight that sits on top of the roof is a bit larger. Double check dimensions before ordering.
