Won’t go without them!
Absolutely love these insoles! I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur on my heel. They help support my arches and cushion the heel. I usually put them in on top of the original insoles but I have a few shoes that I only use these. Works great either way.

Just the right amount of arch support and "give" due to the gel. Very comfortable! I used them for my winter boots, although very comfortable, they didn't have much support. I am size 6 - 6.5 BUT cut the inserts to size 8 for these winter boots and they fit fabulous!!! Do not cut too short! I have been dealing with plantar for a year, and have it 99% under control. These inserts are the last piece of a puzzle. Almost completely pain free now.

Life saver for plantar fasciitis
The arch "bridge" in this is pretty unique (for some reason, why don't more companies do this?), and it provides a huge amount of arch support, pressing right at the point above the heel where you want pressure. I originally got the 3/4 length version of these ONLY because I was too eager and didn't scroll far enough to see that they made full length. The 3/4 has to sit on top of another insole, and they just didn't work, but these are total insole replacement.

A little soft and arch appears a touch close to heel
Materials are OK, but entire pad is flexible neoprene-like material, with no solid or semi-rigid arch support. I prefer the company's Perform series to prevent plantar fasciitis and support my high arch. These are better than no arch support at all which is standard in too much footwear these days.
