Does the sp-1000 basic arm set come with a power cord or do we have to buy that separately, ours did not come with a power cord, is this typical??

Mine came with everything needed to use right out of the packaging…I would either return or contact the seller for the missing cord.

What arm circumference in inches will the arm sleeve fit? I see that it says "one size".

It is one size, however, for a bigger arm there is an extra sleeve that comes with the package.
