Yes to it!!!
If you cramp at night in your legs or feet for no reason other than breathing this might be beneficial. I cramped so bad I broke a shoulder falling over because my legs wouldn’t work when I got up out of bed. Heart doctor suggested slow-mag. After a couple of weeks taking one nightly I’m not sure I have cramps anymore. Wonderful product!!!

It honestly works!!
Absolutely works!! 💕 I have tried almost everything for my leg cramps and muscle spasms and nothing has worked. I have even tried lidocaine patches and creams, and a special lotion prescribed by my Dr. Nothing helped until now. I did a lot of research on leg cramps, I mean A LOT, and found magnesium helps, but there is a certain type specifically for muscle cramps. I tried it, but it wrecked my stomach, this does not. If you have muscle cramps and spasms you need to try this. It honestly does work for me! On nights where it’s really awful I also use the lavender oil based cream, and I can go right back to sleep. I started with two in the morning, and two in the evening for the first week, after that I went to one in the morning and two in the evening. Best thing ever for me! Thank you!!

Good if you have stomach problems
The doctor found my magnesium was low and recommended I take magnesium. After a couple of days I began having stomach problems. I tried SlowMag and found I could tolerate it if taken at bedtime
