This is a very sturdy ladder. It works in our food pantry perfectly, and folds up out of the way!

This is a little bit heavier than the cheapo step stools you get from local stores, with the support handles at my age I feel very comfortable, standing on this, second stair up you can touch the ceiling of average height.

This ladder as you go up or down tends to flip backwards unless you lean forward. My other ladders from other companies have better person to ladder balance. It is well made. Was not a good choice for me.

This is a great stool/ladder. It’s sturdy with HAND SUPPORT! I keep it put away with ease. The mechanics on it are simple!

This thing is a beast. I'm not a small guy - I'm right at the suggested weight limit - and yet I feel quite comfortable and safe using this. It folds up and rolls away when you don't need it. The biggest selling point to me beyond the weight limit are the handles or arms that extend upwards. They are a great safety feature. I've had lots of platform type ladders in the past and this is by far the most stable, sturdy, and easy to use step ladder I've ever used - by far.

When choosing this item, purchasers were a bit hesitant after reading reviews. They would have preferred the four-step but reviews stated too much rocking so settled for the three step. Yes, there is a bit of uneven rocking, but once weight is applied it seems to be inconsequential.

Changing bulbs and cleaning

Love it, I feel safe on it made well, no rough edges, easy to roll and fold.
