It was not hard to install; just make sure there is a hole where you want to install it, because it does not sit on top of a counter; it is installed through the counter. The dispenser works well, just like any other dispensers out there. It looks and feels very high quality.

Durability and Paint Concerns: While the dispenser has generally held up well to repeated use, I did notice that some of the paint at the base is starting to come off.

It was frustrating to invest in a supposedly high-quality item only to receive something that appeared damaged straight out of the box. Additionally, attempting to contact customer service for a resolution proved to be a futile endeavor. The lack of response or assistance further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with GAPPO's product and service quality. In conclusion, the GAPPO Matte Black Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser failed to meet even the most basic standards of functionality and aesthetics. The presence of a crack resulting in continuous leakage, coupled with the lack of effective customer support, renders this product highly unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise against purchasing this item, as it does not deliver on its promises and falls short of expectations.
