Today is my second day taking this supplement. I feel extremely calm and self aware, my cravings and appetite have subsided but are not completely gone. All of that without an elevated heart rate or any bad side effects. Just the perfect amount and it is a small capsule so it is not hard to take.

This really suppressed my appetite throughout the day and allowed me to focus while studying. Granted I took more than suggested, but it ultimately worked! This is the first day so hopefully it continues throughout the week.

These work AMAZING as an appetite suppressant. I take one in the morning right after waking up and then another in the evening on days when I know I'm going to be up late and don't want to be snacking late at night. Example: today I woke up at 11, did 40 minutes of exercise videos (just at-home pilates, nothing super crazy intense), and it is 4pm and I am just now starting to feel hungry. Gave 4 stars as I haven't felt an impact on mood, anxiety, and concentration which are other advertised benefits but I was primarily looking for an appetite suppressor for weight loss anyways so I am very pleased. I've seen others in the reviews saying it didn't work for them so just as a reference I am a 5'6 bmi ~20 female (18), if you are in the general female young adult demographic I'd recommend.

I thought this product was wonderful, as it helped me sleep. However, maybe a month down the road, I thought I was getting dementia (my Mom had it, and I'm so afraid I will too). I was forgetting things I had just read or heard minutes before. Then, I started going back in my mind, trying to think what could have brought this on so fast, and narrowed it down to these pills. I stopped taking them, and withing days got my memory back. Sadly, also got back my insomnia. They really did help me sleep, which is why I took them in the first place. After a couple weeks of tiny amounts of sleep, am trying them again, only every other day. Just thought I'd post this, in case anyone else had same symptoms.

This product helps stabilize my mood. I never have any negative side effects and the quality is great.

Not rating it yet because I just started taking it. I do recommend eating a cracker or something first. It made my stomach a little queezy but nothing major. I ate afterwards...a banana, about 5 strawberries and 2 boiled eggs. I usually eat a fairly good sized breakfast but I was stuffed and barely finished. I took it around 6:30 am and ate around 7 am. I'm still not hungry. Hopefully I won't be queezy after doing a second dose.

The last time I purchased this saffron brand, it was in a purple bottle and they worked miracles for me. I’m not sure whether the formula has changed or why the label changed to this black label, but I’m hoping they still work the same. I would take them as needed when I was feeling anxious about something, and I would only take one, usually in the morning. They would calm me, give me energy and allow me to focus within about 30 mins of taking them. HOWEVER, I did notice that if I took them for more than about 3 days in a row, they would actually make me feel more anxious. I did not lose weight with them, but I did notice that they curbed my appetite. I think it really depends on your body’s needs as to whether they will work for you bc I tried a different brand with higher ratings, and they made me so jumpy and unfocused that I just tried them twice and stopped. Hope these work for you.

I have been taking only one pill for two months and I've lost ten pounds. I'm very sensitive to medicines even Tylenol makes me sleepy. But this is the best diet pill ever. I'm not that hungry nor have sweet cravings. My husband is now taking them and he's noticing changes to his face. Good changes. He says, "I can see my dimples now." I like this because its more permanent than a quick fast solution. My kids got me a new office chair for my home office and I couldn't sit in it because of my extra hip size and now after taking saffron. I can sit in my chair. I don't exercise because I have lymphedema in my legs. And am just on a low fat sugar free diet because of my health problems. I'm super happy I take this and won't stop taking it. The sides of my waist are getting smaller. My back use to have an extra layer on it. Its almost gone. My upper arms use to be very flabby and now are almost gone. My thighs are getting slimmer. My ring size use to be 9 1/2 and now is 7. My husband freaked about that!! My rings are loose. My shoes are loose. I use to wear 4x in clothing now I wear 2x. I only have one kidney because I lost the other one to kidney cancer. My kidney doctor is going to be so surprised. I haven't seen her since my sixth month check up. Now I can be confident when I go. Instead of being disappointed in the scale. I'm so happy it's not a medicine with side effects.
