USB C internal panel cable, right angle. 60 cm. The right angle cable fits well on my motherboard. It comes with a Pcie bracket, but I removed that and routed the cable to the front of my pc to a bay mount I made. My pc rig is r-atx, or reverse atx meaning the USB C port on the motherboard was facing to the front of the case instead of the rear. Routing worked out well on my CaseLabs Merlin case. No complaints, the cable does what it's supposed to do. The right angle design made routing easy for my rig.

I bought this cable with the pci-e bracket because I thought I might be able to use that metal in the case mod I had planned. Didn't need it but was happy with the cable overall and I appreciated having more than one length to choose from. Prices as I write this review are up considerably from when I purchased and you can find other motherboard-to-type-C cables for less, including some flat cables. The motherboard connector on this one is guarded, which is nice and easy to insert, but if you have board components sitting extra close to the socket this one may not fit at all (it was awfully close on my board). This cable doesn't want to lay flat/straight so you have to work with the twist when routing. My modification ended up being a hack job that works and doesn't look too horrible. After some time and tooling, I made this cable end fit into the side of a Vantec bay sled that is housing a good quality Gen 1 3.0 card reader/ports. That card reader only runs its type-C port at half speed (Gen 1) so I wanted to have a "real" type-C available up front. Worked out great with a little elbow grease. Of note to anyone considering similar, the rubber housing on this type-C end has "free" ears where the threaded inserts are - it's not solid like many are, nor grooved like a couple others. That may or may not matter to you depending on what you need to do (I had to change my approach because of this, made it a little more difficult).

When i purchased my threadripper and TRX40 motherboard, there was a port ON the motherboard ( not the back side ), but no cable. So this piece was EXACTLY what i was looking for. It is an aftermarket piece that connects to my motherboard and supplies USB 3.2 2x2 20Gbs. It's a shame the MOB did not come with this cable, as they said when it was manufactured, the technology didn't exist yet. So this cable saved the day. Now i have a 20GBs port !!

I bought this because the rear USB C port on my motherboard wasn't working. I was able to utilize the front USB C with this and it works. The product in question is good and works as advertised, however, your motherboard may not offer all features. Sadly, my motherboard (aorus gaming 7 OP) did not support quick charge (even though the product page advertised mobile device charging). The C port actually charged slower than the Type-A USB 3.0 ports, weird... but at least I have an extra port, that's ok. In short, make sure your motherboard supports quick charge before you decide to get this, IF that's what you're trying to do.

I get undervolt warnings with just about anything connected to this. Never seen anything like it before with any other similar adapters.

Installed easily, seems to work as expected so far. If I could subtract 1/2 star it'd be due to the bracket being slightly different than pictured (USB-C connector is centered on bracket, instead of offset like shown in all of their photos). I would have preferred the offset bracket, but would have purchased this item either way, so it wasn't worth knocking off a full star. But hopefully this review helps in case the bracket is a deal breaker for someone else.

I was Forced to cut away their soft cover, as the header on my motherboard, is recessed amd there was no way to use it otherwise. Luckily that worked, as I couldn't have RMA'd it if that didn't work. What would be better is to offer two version, cover and no cover.

Easy install and I have for a nice price a high speed connection extra. Quality , speed compare the price is very good.

Ho comprato questo accessorio per la mia scheda madre "gigabyte x570 elite" in quanto se pur il mio case della cooler master aveva tra i cavi dedicati quello per l'uscita USB-C,la stessa non era presente sul pannello frontale, pertanto avendone bisogno in quanto oramai la USB-C è presente su una moltitudine di accessori vedi ad esempio Hub multiporta,hub esterni dove alloggiare ssd nvme etc,o semplicemente per caricare alla bisogna il tablet o il cellulare con uscita USB-C etc etc... insomma meglio avere una porta a disposizione nativa che agire con i vari adattatori che in molti casi ne inficiano le velocità. Quindi in sintesi questo è stato il motivo che mi ha spinto all'acquisto. La prolunga,perchè è di questo che si tratta,è realizzata molto bene, lo spinotto ad angolo retto è comodissimo per tenere ben ordinato il tutto,il cavo,nel mio caso di 60cm è realizzato molto bene, robusto ma anche discretamente flessibile,che termina in uno spinotto USB-C femmina avvitato con due viti a stella alla staffa che poi trova posto sul retro del case. Staffa anch'essa realizzata molto bene,solida e robusta,inoltre lo spinotto essendo avvitato alla staffa come spiegavo sopra, è possibile isolarlo dalla staffa stessa e con un pò di "fai da te" potrebbe trovare posto anche in una posizione più adatta alle proprie esigenze,ad esempio in posizione laterale o frontale,spazio del case permettendo ovviamente. Le velocità sono in linea con le specifiche della mia scheda madre e cioè "USB3.2 Gen2 2x2 20 Gbps USB-C" tuttavia al momento non dispongo di accessori con queste velocità ma solo di tipo "USB3.2 Gen1 1x1 10 Gbps" pertanto mi devo "accontentare" di velocità di trasferimento nell'ordine dei 994 MB/s in lettura e 940 MB/s in scrittura con un HUB esterno che accoglie un SSD NMME M.2 pci-e 3.0. Virgolettavo di proposito "accontentare" in quanto sono velocità davvero di tutto rispetto,tuttavia con la giusta periferica esterna "USB-C 3.2 Gen2 2x2 20 Gbps" le velocità potrebbero raddoppiare... In sintesi devo dire che sono soddisfatto sia per la buonissima realizzazione generale del prodotto che per le velocità rilevate. Al netto di zero difetti non posso che consigliarne l'acquisto nel caso vogliate espandere le connessioni sul vostro computer. Voto personale: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stelle. I bought this to use the USB Type E header on my motherboard with a Fractal Design Define R6 case, which does not provide a front USB Type C port that plugs into that header. This has done the job very well. It provides a very secure connection to the connected USB Type C device.
