The Case Against Socialism

Received the book today and I’m really enjoying - very well written. Everything is sourced and includes many first hand accounts. Some reviewers obviously don’t care for Senator Paul or his opinions of Socialism. Read and judge for yourself.

While I wish the Kindle version was significantly less than the hard copy version, there is no denying that the release of this book is timely in an era where the Democratic Party (which I used to be part of) has morphed into the Socialist Party. If you have older children who are being enticed by the 'free' stuff for everyone Demo message, this read will be a sobering come back to reality for them.I haven't always seen eye-to-eye with the author, but in this book I couldn't agree with him more.

His entire argument is based on the idea that socialism leads to violence but completely ignores the violence put in place by capitalists throughout history to ensure socialism would fail. It is clear Rand Paul is jealous that young people are no longer falling for the libertarian idealism and want a real solution: socialism.

Good book. Strongly recommended for young socialists enjoying freedom in a great country.

This is just what America needs- a true, unbiased book about socialism. It's a good read...well-written..

A typically repetitive Republican, self serving Opinion. A waste of time to read. There are better factual books on the subject available.

I’m through the first chapter and I’m liking it so far.

A great book on the fallacies and lies of Socialism written by one of the most sensible senators in this country. Rand Paul gives solid examples that are hard to dispute. A necessary read for the current times.

Love 💕 this book. I learned a lot. Easy reading and really makes you think about the harmful effects of socialism. They should use this in all schools to teach the young kids.
