This works great. I have to admit I only use it as needed and probably should use it a few times a week. Since I've heard you can use our ingest too much magnesium (it can buff up in your system). But when I occasionally get leg cramps (usually in the middle of the night) I spray some in my palm and rub it on the area. Within just a few minutes the cramp in GONE!!

I purchased the larger bottle of this almost a year ago. For years I've had pain and inflammation issues and Reynaud's symptoms. Staying asleep has been difficult since my early 30s and I take sleep supplements at night to help. I read about how many symptoms people have that are largely the result of a magnesium deficiency. I have to say it's been amazing how much improvement I've had over time that seem to be most connected to when I started using this product. I spray 3 full pump sprays of this oil on the inside of each upper thigh right before bedtime. Any excess leftover, I just rub on my abdomen. I've been having neck issues due to 'flat neck' and some bulging discs. I read another comment that they use the cream form of this product for that, so I plan to buy some of that for easier application directly to areas of pain like my neck and shoulders. I'm here buying another bottle of this oil too, because it's an excellent product. I've definitely noticed a reduction in my overall joint pain and it does help me sleep. Often if I forget to apply this oil at night, I may wake up more in the night unable to go back to sleep, even if I've taken a sleep supplement. This oil seems to top things off so I get more restful sleep. There is a bit of a tingle when you first apply, which for me feels more like a slight itchy and subtle burning sensation. It is completely tolerable and it does go away quickly, so don't let that dissuade you from using it. Sometimes I've taken just a tiny bit of lotion and rubbed it over the area after I've rubbed in the oil and this seems to help. The instructions say you can wipe off after 30 minutes. I apply immediately before bed and never do wipe it off. I read other comments that said the more the itching, the more deficient the magnesium. I don't know if that's true but it makes sense to me, because the longer I've used this, the less I notice that sensation. I don't necessarily use it every night, but almost every night. If I forget for a few days, I notice the itching sensation more until I return to regular application again. This past spring when winter was over, I noticed the Reynaud's symptoms I'd been experiencing for a few years in the winter were less severe than normal this past winter. It occurred to me this wasn't so bad this year. I really haven't changed anything else other than incorporating this oil, so I believe it's helped.

The bottle came in a sealed bag just in case it leaked. Thankfully it didn’t but I like the preparedness. Absolutely LOVE the product for the bottom of my feet to sleep and calves if they cramp!

I started taking this product a 6 weeks ago. My doctor told me that most people are deficient in magnesium and that it might help my sleep. I tried capsules, but they hurt my stomach because I have GERD (acid reflux). I came across this product and thought I would try it. The effects were immediate. I didn't realize how many health problems I had until they started going away one by one. The first thing I noticed was that I felt very calm, peaceful, and I would even say happy. This didn't go away. The nervous feeling I always had, which I just thought was my personality, disappeared. My GERD has pretty much been cured as magnesium regulates your Ph. I am drinking coffee (2 mugs sometimes) in the morning and have a couple glasses of wine on Friday and Saturday night. I couldn't do any of this before, and I've tried everything to get rid of it, including all kinds of natural and homeopathic methods. I also had Reynaud's Disease, which is a circulation problem in the fingers. That has improved by probably about 80%. My brain functioning is also restored. I couldn't remember anything, always felt foggy in the head, couldn't follow the plot in a movie. It was terrible. Now I'm the one that everyone has to ask what is going on in a movie or show. My concentration and mental alertness is sharp! My sleep is markedly improved although I'm still hoping it gets better. I tried the lotion because the oil is a little inconvenient. (You have to rub it off after 20 minutes.) The lotion didn't work for me. My symptoms started coming back. I use the MSM, and I'm not going to change to just the regular oil because this one is working for me. If it bothers your skin, keep trying. It tingled when I first used it, but now I don't even notice it and even leave it on for hours before I wash it off. Amazing stuff! Thank you whoever discovered this product. It has changed my life. You probably think that one product can't help all these health problems, but this one has for me. With my digestion problems for 20 years, I think I was really deficient, so it was exactly what I needed. I hope it helps you!

I received the bottle from Amazon and it seems like it’s water. It doesn’t look like any kind of oil whatsoever. We’ll see.

I sometimes get cramps in my calf muscles and feet that can get quite painful. Regular use of this magnesium spray stops the muscle cramps. I use it on each calf muscle and foot in the evening as part of my bedtime ritual. It rubs in very well without leaving an oily film or smell of any kind. I wouldn't be without it. I've also used the cream which works well but like the oil spray better, just a personal choice.

Osteo arthritis and swollen, weak knee following car accident, plus night cramps in legs. My knee is back to looking more normal, night cramps have lessened and the stiffness in my ankles following damage in accident is much improved. I hope it continues. I also feel generally better.

All packaging was real and imported. Hard to say if any supplement will work straight away, but my overall magnesium supplementation (citrate capsules, body spray, mag chelate, and liquid mag) has all but eliminated foot cramps in bed, as well as made breathing smoother and I think also helped with racing heart which I had at times when I lay in bed. The magnesium sprays all feel warm when you spray them (but not always... just most of the time), and they all leave a sticky residue. -- anything that you touch will get a bit of salt residue (doesn't stain though). If you don't like this, do what I do... spray it on 30 minutes before shower, which is okay since most is absorbed in like 20-30 min anyway. As with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). These supplements are usually very expensive (in dollars these supplements are about half the price!)... but didn't want to buy local brand. And don't forget to click "Helpful" below... thanks!
