Bluetooth function is ONLY for audio transfer with audio devices, NOT supporting video sync with smartphones and computers. The phone, computer, and Alexa cannot connect to the projector Bluetooth.

The projector cannot play Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and other videos

Due to HDCP(High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) agreement, Copyrighted videos such as Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu must be played through Fire TV Stick, Computer, or laptop.

How to connect with ios phones?

For ios device, you need to use the official Lightning to digital AV adapter to connect your phone with the projector.

Projector can not work with HDMI and Picture is not Clear?

Please choose HDMI source before when connect with HDMI cable, then adjust focus button on projector to make picture clear.
