I had to return it mainly because I bought this for my tenant, but he prefer to keep it mostly unlock so that he can get to the email easily and only lock up the box when expecting importing mails or out for a short trip. With this one, you cannot really leave it unlock since the door will fall over.That being said, after comparing to the new mail box that I bought (in order to satisfy the above wish), I found this one much better indeed.1. The back is flat, making it easier to install against a side wall.2. There are 4 screw holes in the back where you can put on the screws (as compare to 2 on the one that I just got); you don't have to use all 4; but it should felt that it is much stronger if you do (I like sturdy).3. The screws and the plastic anchors are included. (my new one does not, sigh)...4. The way the door open up in the front does made it easy to get to your mails (as compare to my new one which you have to reach in from the top).5. There is a small "slit" in the front where you can quickly check if there is mails or not.So the only draw back is that if you don't want your mail box to be locked all the time, this may not be a good choice. But otherwise, it is very good in my opinion.

Would recommend to anyone looking for an external mailbox option.

Easy to install, secure, safe. Told my mailman put the letters in the box and the junk on the ground. Lol.It's bolted so tight they would need a crowbar to pull it off the bricks. By tat time they would be starring down the barrel of BIG Bertha!

Box seemed nice for letters but before it was mounted to the exterior wall the mail carrier arrived. He pointed out that magazines and flyers had gone folded to fit. And the lock made it hard to put anything thick in. We returned for a different style.

Bought this for outside my office to allow feedback and recognition. It is great quality and I love that it has a key to lock and keep things secure. Size is perfect and it is a great value

I wanted something for my tenants to leave their monthly rent payment. They used to slip it under the door but I decided to put weather stripping around my door and the envelopes would not longer fit under the door. This product is perfect. I needed something secure but since i would empty it out daily I didn’t need something “heavy duty.” The product is perfect.

This was easy to hang up and the combination is easy to change when needed. Very sturdy.

Es tal como la imagen, la lamina es delgado, pero para lo que se necesita esta muy bien, tamaño mediano y delgado, no ocupa mucho espacio, facil de instalar y hasta ahora despues de medio año de uso no se le ha metido el agua ni se ha oxidado.

Looks great and its light so easy to install. The security is nice and helps prevent mail theft. So far it has held up well.
