Cute, pink and comfortable
I've been using this headset for about 6 months, and I'm really liking it! The sound quality is great, better than any other headset I've used. The sound has helped when playing games a lot compared to my earbuds and my old headset. it also doesn't cause any issues with my glasses which a lot of other headsets do. The mic is really nice too if you're using it for Discord or gaming but I wouldn't use it for something like streaming. It has a built-in mute button by pressing the mic (and an indicator light for when it's muted so you don't accidentally leave yourself muted) and there's a little wheel on the back of the left earphone to adjust the sound volume. It's also fully customizable RGB with Razer's Synapse software. You could set each light on the headset to a different color if you wanted to for some reason, and it can also sync up with all other RGB Razer products. I have mine synced with my mouse. My two biggest issues with the headset are: 1. that I have to have it plugged directly into my computer if I have the lights on. When I tried using my USB hub, the sound will cut out and the lights will turn off for a handful of seconds at random. And 2. While it says it has cooling gel in the earcups, I haven't noticed it helping a ton when it comes to my head overheating while wearing the headset for an extended period. TL;DR If sound and mic quality are your top priority, you could probably find a better headset for the $140 price, but if you want a cute pink headset that has RGB and matches the other Razer Quartz products and still sounds really nice, I would absolutely recommend it. It also goes on sale quite often, I got mine for under $100.

Looks Cute and Works Great
This is the very first headset that I've bought for gaming and I love it! I wanted a cute headset so the aesthetic already was enticing and so is the brand (my husband has a headset from the same brand). I wouldn't really consider myself experienced with technology/gaming so I can't quite give a detailed and super informative review for specific parts of the headset but... as far as I'm aware, sound quality/cancellation is amazing. It really feels like the headset cancels out other noises besides my own voice, of course. It was very [eerily] quiet when I first put them on because it felt like I was all alone in my head with my thoughts. But when I started streaming, I ended up getting used to it as well as hearing my own voice clearly (like, I know it's my voice, but it felt a little bit like I was hearing it from another perspective). It's a strange feeling and a new experience for me, but I like it. It's also quite comfortable and I love that I can pull out the little mic part. OOH and also, pretty colors! It lights up, which makes it look even cuter! For my first gaming headset, I would definitely recommend it <3

Great, stylish headset
I got the Razer Kraken Kitty for the missus. She loves her kitty ears! She also finds them comfortable enough to use for long periods of time while working. After using them almost constantly for about 9 months now there are no complaints with the build quality so far. I set it up for her and tested them with music and was a bit disappointed with the audio quality. I would not use this for serious music listening. Also, the advertised THX Spatial Surround is also quite underwhelming. So underwhelming that I simply turned it off. These are certainly geared and better suited for gaming, videos, movies, calls, cosplaying, etc. The missus ran into an issue in which the headset started randomly disconnecting itself. She has a Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard and a Razer Mamba Elite mouse, plus a bunch of other USB gadgets plugged into an Asus B550 ITX motherboard. I lowered the brightness of the three Razer RGB devices to around 65% and it hasn't happened again. Probably pulling too much power for the USB circuitry in the motherboard to handle. 65% brightness is still plenty, so no worries there. To control the RGB and other headset functions, you use the Razer Synapse app, which is quite alright. It's certainly better than Armoury Crate. Overall, I would recommend the Kraken Kitty for its stylishness and overall build quality for general use, except for serious music listening.

At first I was afraid...
I was petrified. ...that's all I got! But seriously, the price point of the headset -did- scare me a little, especially with some of the reviews that I read! But I have honestly never had any problems with Razer and their products, so I did what I usually wouldn't do, and totally ignored most of the bad reviews and bought it. The headset -is- pretty lightweight, but I've found that tilting my head forward makes it start to slide forward. While the frame is light, I'd have to say that the ears make it a bit more top heavy and apt to falling -if- you tilt your head back or forward. I say this, as I test it and type this out. You'd have to tilt pretty far foward/backward to actually have it -fall- fall and keep it there for more than a handful of seconds. Except for the backwards. Too far back, and bloop; off they go! Anyway! I haven't had any complaints from my friends about the quality of my mic. I have, in fact, tested how it sounds on my computer, and the quality is rather clear, decently crisp, and from what I could tell, didn't pick up any background noise. I have the windows open, so a lot of city noise makes it way into the room, and it doesn't pick up on it. That's not to say that every little background noise gets cancelled out, but it does a good job on not picking up -all- of it. The mic is also a decent length. If I were to situate it against my lips, it touches and goes slightly past the corner of my mouth, which is perfectly fine in my opinion. I think my one real gripe about these are the ear cups. They fit fine, they aren't constricting and they don't squeeze the ever-loving crap out of my head, but the gel cooling cushions is a liiiiiie. That, or my head just gets super heated. That, and the left cup gets warmer quicker because that side gets warm in general with RGB use. I can only assume it gets warm because of the wirings and what nots. It doesn't get uncomfortable, but I do notice it. But anyway, the headset itself is so disgustingly cute. So e-girl. Even in the black. But if you're into cute things and don't mind looking slightly ridiculous with your adorably light up RGB cat ears that has pretty darn good sound quality, pretty decent mic clarity, and toasty ear cups, then you'll love these!

It's a gaming headset - with cat ears - that lights up - and it's pretty dang good
In a nutshell - this is a comfy gaming headset that will appeal to those looking to add a RGB enabled headset with cat ears on it. As crazy as that sounds - there's definitely a market for this. Namely, my daughter who's a gamer (but I'm sure others will love it as well). The Good: - Decent audio quality that is above what you'd get from a standard gaming headset. Great bass, a bit muddy in the mids, and decent highs. Good sound stage for gaming. (I come from an audio product background so my standards probably are a bit higher than the average user) - It's REALLY comfortable - even over long periods of time (gets the thumbs up from my daughter). - Chroma integration is solid. If you've got other Razer products on your desk, this works perfect with them. The OK: - Mic quality is passing - but it's not broadcast quality (so, set your expectations accordingly). DEFINITELY good for gaming, but if you're doing a ton of content creation you'll most likely want a dedicated mic over this to bump up the quality a bit. - Build quality is actually above average - but we've only had these in the mix for a few months so we'll see how they do longer term - feels GOOD out of the box though and going strong after a few months. The Bad: - The cable gets twisted REALLY easily (braided nylon I think). So you'll want to make sure you keep this untwisted, especially if you move around a lot in your chair. If I was able to give half stars this would be a 4.5 with the only real quibble being the cable that gets twisted up if you move around in your chair a lot. Otherwise, it's a solid option with above average audio and a VERY unique style. Would go perfect for playing Stray on your PC!

Great quality headset and great sounding
So far it's been a pretty good headset. I would recommend this headset. I love how they light up and you can change the colors to your liking. Only thing I would say that was difficult in my experience was fixing the audio for it since you can change it to your liking. It took a little tweaking for me but eventually it turned out to be a great and nice sounding headset and also it slides off your head a little but not too much. They're pretty comfortable and I wear glasses so it's a plus. The mic has great quality too and doesn't sound overly loud. It also has great noise cancellation which I tested and for me no one could hear any background noise whatsoever even loud noises. I also love the design since my setup is pretty much the same color ofc haha but if you're thinking about getting this you should sis. It's great :) , P.S. this is the first ever review I've done on amazon and I'm impressed with this headset out of all the other ones I have purchased in the past for my pc. Also yes the kraken kitty is for only pc unfortunately but overall it a great headset and has great features.

Good Looks and Good Sound
I bought these mostly on a whim and I'm so happy that I did. The build quality seems very solid and sturdy, and all the padding on the ear cups and on the headband is comfortable. I can wear this with my glasses with no issues. Audio quality is better than I was expecting, especially on tweaking through the Razer software. You can customise the balance and set up different profiles. I highly recommend setting up the THX surround sound, it's a game changer. Also, if lights and looks are your thing (which they definitely art for me), I love the RGB capabilities and the Razer synapse software has so many layers of customisation built into it. All in all this is a winner, if you know what you're buying. The wired Kraken Kitty Quartz only has a USB-A connection, which I knew and was actually specifically suited to my particular set up. My monitor doesn't have in built speakers, and I have my Switch connected up to it through the HDMI port in the dock. I can plug my Kraken Kitty directly into the USB-A port on the Switch dock and sound comes through the headphones perfectly. If this is similar to your set up, I can recommend the wired Kraken Kitty Quartz.

Don't waste your money - SKIP TO END tl;dr
Purchased this headset about three years ago. Worked fine at first and was very cute in terms of aesthetics but most importantly it was functional. Sound quality is good, nothing amazing but it gets the job done and paired with synapse you can enable thx spatial audio which enhances the experience. Mic quality was garbage in the beginning as well because the sound output is low but synapse allows you to change this and improve it. RGB factor is unique and provides many different combinations of colors and glowing patterns/breathing. Onto to the huge problem of this headset. Again, works fine at first but eventually the audio started to cut in and out within months of use. It was merely a minor inconvenience but began to do so more and more to the point of being unusable. Tried every solution in order to fix such as reinstalling synapse and updating drivers but to no avail. The actual problem has got to be linked to faulty wiring or a voltage related issue because the ONLY solution that fixes it is turning the RGB brightness option to below 50%. In my case, I started with 50% brightness which worked wonders at first but the issue persisted later on. I am now forced to put the brightness of the RGB factor at 5%, which was the only way to get it to stop popping in and out. However, when I put the PC to sleep or shut it down and unplug the headset, synapse also is disabled and upon turning everything back on and plugging it back in the headset resets to 100% brightness thus causing the nightmare all over again. To make matters worse, I have to move the headset and wires around just to get the audio to stop popping in and out which sometimes takes up to 10-20 minutes. Not to mention you have to keep it in this spot while opening synapse up or else it jacks up all over again. My final words are that it's simply not worth it. I bought an $150 headset mostly for the RGB and yet to make it functional I'm forced to nearly disable it. This has been an ongoing issue for awhile now and Razer still has not fixed it. If you REALLY want to buy the headset, go for it but be warned that you may receive a faulty pair with the same issues stated above which in my opinion is truly frustrating and not what I paid $150 for.
