Sunday Afternoons Adventure Hat UPF 50+ Outdoor Sun Hat

This hat is great. It's cool, great sun protection, and the size is excellent. I got the L/XL and it's slightly big (I'm a woman and I usually find one size unisex hats to be slightly tight). The extra room is just fine, helps the hat breathe and prevents sweating. I've been getting knock-offs, but this one is so good and totally worth the price difference.

This Sunday Afternoons Adventure Hat is excellent for protecting my face from direct sun, I ordered L/XL a great fit for me even though I have a small head. The hat comes down around my face on the sides providing shade to the sides of my face and provides a wide brim in the front of the hat to shade my eyes from the sun. The chin strap keeps the wind from blowing the hat off of my head, the light color is cooler keeps sun from absorbing the heat. I use this hat for Paddle Boarding and lots of walking outside with our dogs and just for recreation. I highly recommend this Sunday Afternoon Adventure Hat L/XL.

This is a fabulous hat. It’s great for travel, it folds and is easily washed. You can tilt it so you can avoid light coming from one side. I have some stylish hats, but this I wear for walks, hiking and more! It has an adjustable fit and a neck strap for resistance to wind.

I've worn these hats for many years; I love them. I recently tried to order a fresh hat. My first order arrived with a crushed brim. I requested better packaging and reordered. Second order arrived in thicker packaging; however, they folded the brim right in the middle and jammed it into a tiny padded envelope, which again damaged the hat. I really do not understand why the company does not package its product better. When I tried to raise the issue, I was told this product doesn't require special packaging. Says who? I scrubbed my old hat and am sticking with it for the moment.

Great hat for desert heat and full shade on your face and neck makes a huge difference

I absolutely love this thing. The coverage is amazing, it stays put, is comfortable, and is easy to pack. It is not the most stylish but I bought it for coverage, not for looks. I wore it on a 14 mile hike in strong Northern California sun in July and it was awesome at keeping the sun off my face and neck.

We are an active family and everyone in the house owns Sunday Afternoon hats. They dry fast, stay on, keep the sun off your whole face and neck. They fold flat for easy packing. We take them everywhere we go.
