These water filters works great and fitted my Zerowater pitcher perfectly with no leakage whatsoever. The taste is very good & refreshing, even better than some of the bottled waters that I usually purchase. The great refreshing taste is the main reason why I choose Zerowater filters over the other filters that I have already tried. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 solely because the delivery arrived significantly late. The late delivery was due to a 3rd party company contracted by Amazon to ship packages in Jamaica. I hope Amazon reviews the delivery procedures of this company as the lateness was avoidable, had the delivery service been managed better. Overall I still plan to continue using Zerowater filters because of the good quality (0 TDS) and great refreshing taste.

They are as expected

I purchase these when we need them but they last so well and seem to be durable. If there isn't a problem with your lid (our first one was defective) installing the filter isn't difficult. I like that they come with a monitor so you can test your water and determine when it is time to replace them.

It means Filter is not working. I only change this item every month and came across this .. can you exchange the filter?
